APAC Techie Awards celebrate MSPs & IT admins

Managed service providers and IT administration teams across Asia Pacific concluded the first annual Connect IT APAC conference in Sydney with a celebration of the most outstanding achievements in the last year.

The inaugural Techie Awards highlighted achievements by managed service providers and IT administration teams – and all nominations were submitted by users.

“Year after year, our community of MSP partners continues to blow us away with their innovation and dedication to providing the best services to their customers. It's an honour to recognise their commitment and advanced use of the Kaseya IT Complete platform, and showcase their continued performance and success,” says Kaseya's CEO Fred Voccola.

“IT teams are today's unsung heroes and it is a privilege to give these businesses the recognition they absolutely deserve.

Here is a list of this year's winners:

2019 MSP Automation Award

This award goes to the company that best leverages automation or specific technical processes to enhance the experience of the end users they serve

Winner: Productiv

The Community Award

This award goes to the company that has demonstrated thought leadership within the IT services industry by sharing best practices with peers to shape a better technical community.

Winner: C3 Group

2019 MSP Efficiency Award

This award goes to the company that leverages a tool or set of tools with processes to reduce manual tasks associated with administering an IT environment, thus reducing the time burden on technicians.

Winner: CustomTec

Fastest Growing MSP of the Year

This award goes to the MSP that demonstrates the fastest growth on a year-over-year basis from 2017-2019.

Winner: Dorks Delivered

MSP of the Year

This award goes to the company that has demonstrated excellence in multiple disciplines, including: High customer satisfaction scores; High customer retention; The use of automation to become more efficient; Managing fast growth; High profits; High employee retention; and Commitment to tech professional development (tech certifications).
