Anne Tosky appointed Global Chief People Officer at ELMO

Wed, 29th Oct 2025

ELMO Software has announced the appointment of Anne Tosky as Global Chief People Officer as the company expands its presence in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Tosky joins ELMO with over two decades of experience in transformation, leadership development and cultural change, having held leadership roles in technology, healthcare, financial services and professional services sectors. Her most recent position was at Salesforce, where she served as Chief of Staff and previously as Senior Director of Employee Success, overseeing talent and leadership programmes across the Australia-New Zealand and Asia regions.

In her new role, Tosky is tasked with leading ELMO's people strategy as the firm continues its transformation, including incorporating artificial intelligence and further developing its 'Customer Zero' approach, which aims to deepen connections with customers and the broader human resources community.

ELMO CEO Joseph Lyons said, "Anne's appointment comes at a pivotal time for ELMO, as we continue to expand our footprint across ANZ and the UK. Anne is passionate about building strong teams and practical people strategies that lift performance and strengthen culture. That experience couldn't be a better fit for where ELMO is headed next."

Tosky commented on her decision to join ELMO, citing the prospects of technology-enabled change in HR.

Speaking on her appointment, Anne Tosky said, "What excites me most about joining ELMO is the opportunity to empower the HR community with technology that makes work better for people. The work we're doing with AI is not just exciting; it's shaping the future of our profession."

ELMO has also made two internal promotions to further strengthen its people leadership. Justin Meier has been promoted to Head of Talent, Capability and Workplace Experience, while Helen Tran has taken on the position of Head of P&C Business Partnering.

As ELMO focuses on core markets, Tran's leadership will be central to scaling operations, while Meier's role will involve a focus on attracting, developing and retaining talent, as well as building AI readiness within the organisation.

Lyons added: "This is a phenomenal time of growth and progress for ELMO. With Anne's leadership and Helen and Justin's expanded roles, we're accelerating our ability to support our people, strengthen our culture, and deliver on our commitment to innovation."

ELMO Group, established in 2002, comprises ELMO Software, Breathe HR and Rotageek, and provides people management solutions to more than 18,000 organisations in its main regions of operation. The company's software platform covers recruitment, onboarding, learning, payroll and other HR processes, and includes security and data hosting features tailored for its markets.
