FYI, this story is more than a year old

Distributor Exclusive Networks scooped three major awards from Palo Alto Networks at SKO2018, held in Las Vegas last week.

The company received Global Distribution Partner of the Year, EMEA Excellence in Training Award (PASSport Global Services) and APAC Distribution Partner of the Year.

Exclusive Networks is a value-added distributor that concentrates on innovative cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure technologies.

“A huge thank you to Palo Alto Networks team, all of our partners and our teams for your continued support,” a statement from the company says.

The company has received a slew of awards this year from partners such as Imperva, Netscout and Fortinet.

In July, Exclusive Networks Thailand was recognised as the ‘2016 Highest Growth Partner Asia' at the Imperva Partner conference.

In May, Exclusive Networks Malaysia was awarded “Outstanding Sales Achievement” at the Netscout APAC Reseller Summit in Bangkok.

The company also walked away with Fortinet's Outstanding Distributor of the Year for Asia Pacific at the vendor's Accelerate 2017 Partner Business Retreat.

Exclusive Networks combines technical and marketing support in each local territory. Reseller partners include Aerohive Networks, Barracuda, Cyber Test Systems, Symantec and Blue Coat, Gemalto, Fortinet, HPE, McAfee  and ShoreTel.

Earlier this year the company launched PASSport Global Services division. Its aim is to define and integrate high pre-and-post technical services that enable channel partners to deliver better market relevance, differentiation and annuity-generating opportunities.

“We now have a universal proposition available to partners across our APAC and EMEA footprint with truly global capability into more than 100 countries. At the core of this is a new enhanced premium support service that delivers in-country local language first touch support eight hours a day – backed by a global fully manned 24/7 support capability; a truly differentiated proposition,” comments Exclusive Group's director of Global Services, David Ellis.

He notes that the company has invested significantly into its support infrastructure and its digital transformation. As a result, it has managed to deliver consistent delivery and service level targets.

The PASSport Global Services sets include installation services, consulting, logistics services, support services and training services.

“Vendors benefit from added scale and additional premium service offerings thereby being able to focus more on core R-D and innovation, not on creating increasingly bigger support organisations. This is also a strong proposition for our global system integrator partners as well as our core community of VARs and MSPs, meeting their scale requirements, complementing their skills and increasing their relevance to new and existing customers in tandem to opening incremental revenue streams,” comments Exclusive Group COO Barrie Desmond.

Exclusive Networks distributes solutions to 100 countries worldwide. The company launched in France in 2003.
