Hootsuite gets ‘premier’ status within Adobe partner program

13 Dec 2017

Social media management platform Hootsuite has joined the Adobe Exchange Partner Program at the ‘Premier’ level, marking them as a preferred Social Media Management Solutions (SMMS) provider.

Hootsuite will be working closely with Adobe to bring new solutions to market that are designed to assist customers in leveraging social platforms across their organisation.

This announcement follows Hootsuite’s recent integration with Adobe Creative Cloud, as the two companies continue to develop an ongoing relationship.

Matt Switzer, Hootsuite SVP of strategy and corporate development says, “We are thrilled to continue to expand our relationship with Adobe, bringing powerful new integrations that will help Adobe Experience Cloud customers leverage social in meaningful ways.

“This tight integration between two market leaders results in more customer value from both of our solutions.”

Adobe says the importance of social media integration is rapidly increasing, referencing the 2017 WeAreSocial Digital report, which suggests that global social media use has increased by 21 percent in the last year alone and now reaches 2.8 billion users globally.

It says the partnership with Hootsuite is reflective of its approach to building an open ecosystem that enables customers greater flexibility in delivering customer experiences.

Cody Crnkovich, Adobe head of platform partners and strategy says, “Social media is transformational for our customers and a vital channel for delivering amazing digital experiences.

“Hootsuite is a market leader in enterprise social media management, and we look forward to working with them to create unique integrated solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud.”

As a preferred SMMS partner, Hootsuite’s solutions will be tightly integrated with present and future Adobe solutions.

Current Hootsuite integrations in Adobe Experience Cloud include;

  • Adobe Experience Manager - Connect digital assets to Hootsuite’s publishing experience, to schedule and publish content across multiple social channels.
  • Adobe Analytics - Connect social metrics with omnichannel events to provide a holistic view of customer experience.
  • Adobe Experience Manager Livefyre - Curate and moderate Livefyre user-generated content (UGC) from Hootsuite’s platform, and leverage rights-managed content for social posts.
