Jade Software has been appointed as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Gold Competency partner in Australia in a move the IT services provider says will help it accelerate digital transformation projects in the financial services market.
Craig Beveridge, Jade Software Australia general manager, says the financial services industry is ‘racing’ to realise the benefits of digital business, such as intelligent process automation, customer-first innovation and cleaner data that enables more informed decision making.
“As they do, their biggest business opportunities are in strengthening the relationships between customers, advisers and staff,” Beveridge says.
“This makes Dynamics 365 an important component of digital transformation because it combines customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning capabilities together.”
Beveridge says the partnership will enable Jade Software to deliver ‘innovative new products’ to its customers as part of its digital transformation services.
“Digital transformation is critical, and companies are dealing with multiple disconnected suppliers,” he says.
“Many of our financial services customers operate in the Microsoft stack, but they’re not yet leveraging its full functionality in support of their overall transformation.
“The integration of CRM into their digital strategy is a big part of this,” he says.
Jade Software says it will now be able to tap into the functionality of Dynamics 365 to help clients customise dashboards and reporting, and integrate core business systems to provide a single view of the customer.
“With early adopter customers, Jade has been actively investing in Microsoft’s machine learning and chat-bot technology to find and test discrete advantages early on,” Beveridge says.
Sophie Corker, Microsoft Dynamics business group lead, says the increasing capabilities and offerings delivered by Microsoft Australia’s partner community is encouraging for local businesses embarking on digital transformation fuelled by new technologies and services.
