Panaseer launches AI-powered suite to boost cybersecurity clarity
Panaseer has released the IQ Suite, a three-tiered product suite powered by generative AI designed to help organisations address cybersecurity risks more quickly and with greater clarity. The company claims it is tackling a key challenge for security teams-making sense of growing volumes of security controls data and acting on it in a risk-driven way.
AI-driven risk management
The IQ Suite leverages generative AI to process, interpret and explain changes in risk metrics. The system provides tailored recommendations, in natural language, on what actions need to be taken to reduce overall organisational risk. As part of each recommendation, security teams can see forecasts of how their proposed actions will alter the risk score, providing greater transparency for decision-making. For example, a remediation step such as patching identified assets is accompanied by a predicted risk reduction percentage.
Layered approach
The IQ Suite is structured into three distinct modules, each serving a different part of the security team. ScorecardIQ delivers an executive-level overview aimed at CISOs, providing narrative summaries that highlight strategic security priorities. DashboardIQ supports security managers in tracking and guiding ongoing initiatives, such as patch and vulnerability management, with deep analysis and AI-driven remediation advice. MetricIQ targets analysts, focusing on specific security control metrics and giving detailed investigation support along with suggestions for action.
Workflow integration
Each module of the IQ Suite taps into the same generative AI interpretation engine and draws from a unified set of security controls data. The system is designed to summarise recent performance, flag trends or threshold breaches, and offer contextual guidance mapped against business priorities and risk appetite.
This single-source approach means different users-CISOs, managers, or analysts-receive advice and reports tailored for their responsibilities, while preserving a consistent organisation-wide picture of risk. The suite also produces concise, report-ready text suitable for compliance reporting or stakeholder communication.
Control transparency
Panaseer's CCM platform, on which the IQ Suite is built, already supplies security teams with metrics covering a wide range of controls and domains. With the new generative AI capabilities, the platform now additionally highlights not only what changed, but also why it matters and what next steps will make the most impact. Users can drill down into the underlying data for fuller transparency and investigation.
ScorecardIQ provides CISOs with a high-level view on the most critical controls and initiatives, suitable for sharing with executive leadership and highlighting ongoing remediation and its effect on risk posture. DashboardIQ gives security managers more granular visibility into how specific initiatives shift organisational risk, and highlights the results of intervention. MetricIQ is designed for analysts, helping them focus on the control points most in need of attention with clear narratives and step-by-step recommendations.
Customer needs
"As cyber programs scale, the constraint isn't data anymore - it's the capacity to turn that data into aligned, defensible decisions. Our customers and the wider market are clear: they need to spend less time debating cybersecurity data and more time reducing risk. IQ Suite is our answer to that challenge. It takes the single system of record Panaseer already provides and layers it with context and solutions. This acts as a force multiplier so security teams can make smarter, faster, data‐driven decisions and focus their efforts where it really matters," said Marc Moesse, Chief Product Officer, Panaseer.
Industry challenges
The product launch comes as cyber threats continue to increase in both frequency and sophistication. Security teams are under pressure to keep pace with regulatory demands and board-level scrutiny while attackers deploy AI methods to probe for vulnerabilities. The IQ Suite aims to help organisations move from data collection to defensible, proactive risk remediation aligned across different levels of the security function.
"As environments become more complex and regulated, security teams face competing priorities while attackers use AI to automate reconnaissance and launch targeted campaign. Teams are left reactive and exposed as boards push for clearer, data-driven assurance on cyber and AI risk, but they don't have the resources to continuously monitor controls performance or prioritize remediation. At all levels organizations need a single, trusted system of record that allows stakeholders to align on acceptable risk and accurately assign responsibility and accountability. This is a vital first step in using AI-driven insights to identify and address the most critical issues, reducing risk rapidly and efficiently," said Moesse.
