Michaela Aguilar has joined the team as head of business partnership ecosystem.
In her new role, Aguilar will be responsible for business development and expansion, working with partners and the Acoustic team to create new revenue opportunities in the Asia Pacific and Japan region.
Aguilar will also support partners as they work on customers' long-term needs, from implementation to enablement and expansion, with the goal of helping customers maximise their MarTech investments.

The company has appointed senior sales and strategic fintech business leader Sarah Day to the newly created role of head of alliances and partner success.
Day has more than 15 years' experience in customer experience, sales, customer success and operations across Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South-East Asia in sectors including financial services, Open Banking, data insights, payment platforms, and analytics. She is a board director of Fintech Queensland, a position she has held for the past three years.
Day will be responsible for the overall growth of the company, customer success and facilitating current and future partnerships at Adatree as it continues to expand with new hires and services.
"I'm thrilled to be joining the Adatree team at the start of its high-growth phase and to help support the business's expansion," Day says.
"I was drawn to Adatree being a pioneer in the Consumer Data Right with a scalable platform and having a product that removes the barriers to entry.

The Instillery founder and award-winning Kiwi tech entrepreneur Mike Jenkins has been appointed as chairman of the board of directors.

Francois Filamor has been promoted to group general manager.
During Filamor's three years as the general manager of Bonsey Jaden Philippines, the company's Philippine post pivoted to being one of the group's most successful offices in the region, providing a comprehensive range of digital marketing and advertising services to numerous companies, both local and multinational.
Overall, Filamor's 15 years in the industry have taken him from strength to strength, with his work encompassing major tech and finance brands such as Galderma, BPI, and Grab, plus a Cannes Chimera award under his belt.
"We are extremely happy to promote Francois into this new role as we move forward with offering new services on data, market analysis, and AI," Bonsey Jaden founder and CEO Daniel Posavac says.

Brother New Zealand
Manuel Efaraimo has been appointed to the role of chief operating officer.
After more than two decades in the business and eight years as a general manager, Efaraimo has taken a well-earned spot as a C-level executive.
"When I started my employment, a role like this wasn't my end goal. But as time passed, my family situation changed and so did my aspirations," Efaraimo says.
Efaraimo started working for Brother at the age of 20 in the warehouse and parts department, but at the time, his sights were set on a professional rugby career.
"The changing moment for me pursuing rugby was having my first child. I had to reassess my reality and rethink what future success looked like to me and my family, so I applied myself to growth in my work at Brother.
"My journey has been about constantly setting new goals and achieving them," Efaraimo says.
"I am delighted to have someone of Manuel's experience, drive and mana in such a pivotal role in our business and I know Manuel will help move Brother to a new level of excellence," Brother New Zealand managing director Warwick Beban says.
Efaraimo is proudly of Samoan and Māori heritage and says his culture is a major driver of his success.

Gavin Jones has been appointed as Australia and New Zealand sales vice president.
Jones brings 25 years' experience in leadership and sales roles at fast-growth, global technologies companies.
He will use this to spearhead Confluent's growth in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on engaging customers and empowering his regional team to inspire businesses on the potential of data in motion.
Jones joins Confluent from Tableau, a Salesforce company, where he served as Australia and New Zealand country manager, responsible for developing and executing its A/NZ go-to-market strategy and Salesforce integration.
Prior to this, Jones held the role of MongoDB Australia and New Zealand regional vice president, where he built a high-performance sales and services team, developed its partner ecosystem and secured new business with iconic brands in the region.
"Confluent continues to focus on our customers' love. Gavin is a well-respected, world-class leader who brings a wealth of experience to our customers, partners and employees," Confluent chief revenue officer Larry Shurtz says.

Trâm Phi has been appointed as senior vice president and general counsel.
In this role, Phi will pull from her decades of experience scaling high-growth companies, both public and private, to lead and grow the legal function at Databricks.
She will join the company's executive leadership team.
"Trâm's depth of experience and focus on operational excellence in scaling impactful legal and regulatory functions across enterprise software is critical to our continued success as a company," Databricks CEO and co-founder Ali Ghodsi says.
"Her leadership and expertise across both public and private markets will prove invaluable to Databricks in a time of high growth and transition.

Phi joins Databricks from DocuSign, where she most recently served as general counsel senior vice president, helping to scale the legal function and leading the transition of DocuSign to a mature public company.

Venkat Subramaniam has been appointed as APAC regional vice president to further the company's strong growth in the region.
Subramaniam's first priority will be to set the stage for high growth in the region, particularly in India, Singapore and Australia/New Zealand, in response to the increasing demand for learning solutions that meet modern workforce needs and demands.
"Venkat has extensive experience in the APAC region with technology companies spanning more than two decades," Degreed EMEA and APAC vice president Dan Tesnjak says.
"He brings deep market expertise and industry connections to Degreed and we are excited to see his cloud and strong HCM (Human Capital Management) domain experience impact Degreed's APAC strategy and growth."
Prior to joining Degreed, Venkat was Oracle NetSuite India head of sales general manager. He also had successful stints at ADP and Adrenalin, both leading HCM product and services organisations.
"Since launching the first LXP ten years ago, Degreed has continued to pioneer and innovate in the learning space," Subramaniam says.

The company has appointed Masseh Haidary as payments CEO for the Oceania region.
Haidary's previous roles included executive manager at Salmat, director of government at Optus Enterprise, and recently finished up after almost three years as the CEO at Delv.
Haidary has over 20 years of experience leading key divisions and organisations across technology, telecommunication and digital industries, with a successful track record driving strong commercial results and business transformation outcomes.
"It is an exciting time to be joining Global Payments, and I am looking forward to supporting and leading the Payments businesses here in Oceania," Haidary says.

Global Payments Oceania managing director Mark Reid says that Masseh's alignment to the company's values, culture and customers makes him the obvious candidate, along with his reputation for business transformation and executive-level leadership.

Richard O'Sullivan's role as A/NZ vice president and general manager has been expanded to include vice president of agency partnerships in APAC.
In his expanded role, O'Sullivan will leverage his expertise in forming long-term strategic agency partnerships within A/NZ, to help drive deeper and more extensive partnerships across the entire APAC region. He will work closely with APAC managing director Rishi Bedi.
"Before rejoining InMobi to lead the ANZ team in 2019, Richard held senior roles across InMobi's EMEA, Asia and North American operations," Bedi says.
"He has a wealth of experience in forging global agency relationships which will be invaluable in taking our APAC partnership activity to the next level whilst continuing to lead the ANZ team."
Within the A/NZ team, Matthew McGinley has been promoted to A/NZ head of publisher and telco development (formerly a senior manager), while Valentina Lizzi has been promoted to A/NZ platforms senior manager (formerly A/NZ lead account strategist) to work closely with demand-side platform and agency trading desks. India-based Yashaswini C has also been promoted to A/NZ partner manager and will be working closely with InMobi's existing publishers.
Additionally, Crisna Hai and Vasudev Kittur see expanded charters, with Hai now leading independent agencies & performance advertisers across A/NZ and Kittur leading the agency development for Victoria, South Australia and New Zealand with focus on Omnicom, GroupM, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu and Havas.
Maneesh Sharma, previously GitHub India general manager, has joined LambdaTest, a leading test orchestration and execution platform, as its chief operating officer and will lead all the go-to-market functions in the company.
Maneesh, who has over 22 years of experience, was leading GitHub India's phenomenal growth and operations until recently.

Christofer Hoff is joining the company as chief secure technology officer, Lora Rodstein as human resources senior vice president, Pegi Wheeler as operations senior vice president and Rob Charlebois as chief marketing officer.

Rodstein oversees LastPass' end-to-end human resources function, shaping a progressive, diverse and top-performing culture.

Wheeler is responsible for product and executive operations, as well as serving as chief of staff for the organisation.

Charlebois brings over two decades of marketing leadership to his new role as CMO at LastPass.
He has a proven track record of elevating enterprises to meet their goals by leading with data-informed decisions and transforming the customer experience with an emphasis on results.
Maxio (formerly Chargify)
SaaSOptics and Chargify (becoming Maxio), the leading providers of billing and financial operations solutions for high growth subscription businesses, today announced the release of their integrated billing and financial operations platform.

Matt Maw has been appointed to head up the channel in Australia and New Zealand to replace David Gage, who left Nutanix earlier this month after close to two years in the role.
Prior to the channel role, Maw held the head of technology position for A/NZ at Nutanix in Brisbane.
Maw will report to Nutanix Asia-Pacific and Japan president of partner sales, Mike Magura, and oversee partner promotion of the company's products.
He has been with Nutanix since August 2020 and joined the company from VMware, where he was the solution engineering senior manager.
Maw's career spans more than 20 years, spanning several areas of IT infrastructure provision and management.
Philip Goldie has been appointed as the new Australia and New Zealand vice president.
Goldie will lead the business in Australia and New Zealand, a role which has been created following the announcement that Okta Asia Pacific general manager Graham Sowden will be retiring later this year.
Goldie joins Okta following a 12-year stint at Microsoft, most recently acting as the senior director of Microsoft's small, medium and corporate business, leading the team to facilitate the cloud migration journey for Australian businesses deploying Microsoft Cloud.
The announcement follows three key appointments to the Australia and New Zealand channel team announced last month.

The company has appointed Charissa Lee as its chief marketing officer to build a marketing engine for the company for the first time.
Lee joins most recently from Rimini Street, where she was the APAC director of field marketing.
In that role, Lee was the first marketing hire where she grew the marketing function and established the region's marketing strategy, including brand management, communications demand generation, and drove pipeline conversion.
During her tenure at Rimini Street, she led the way in establishing customer advocacy programs and was awarded Rimini Street's global 2020 Marketing Award for Innovation.
Lee has also previously worked in high-level marketing roles at Forrester, Saba Software, Intergraph, and as a business communications adviser at National Australia Bank.
The company has also appointed Megan Thorley to work alongside Lee as Profectus' marketing manager.
Thorley also most recently worked at Rimini Street and A2K Technologies in a demand generation capacity.
Prior to that, Thorley was a market research analyst with Ipsos and TNS.
"We've been around for two decades and have never had a marketing function," Profectus Group CEO Chris Hutchins says.
"We needed people with the calibre of Charissa and Megan to show us what we were missing. They're effectively charged with building this all from scratch.

Michael Mestrovich has been appointed as the company's CISO.
The former CISO of the CIA, Mestrovich will lead Rubrik's internal data security efforts and provide unparalleled cyber security and cyber policy expertise to propel Rubrik's mission to secure the world's data.
"Today we added one of the world's most prominent security experts to our leadership team," Rubrik CEO and co-founder Bipul Sinha says.
"We believe it's essential to combine expertise from both the private and public sectors if businesses and governments want to stand a chance against cyber criminals.
"Michael's understanding of the changing cyber-landscape and exceptional leadership experience will be paramount for our federal, state, and local customers, as well as private companies who are preparing for inevitable cyber attacks."
Mestrovich joins Rubrik with more than 20 years of distinguished IT and security leadership, most recently serving as CISO for the CIA, leading the Agency's cyber defence operations, developing and implementing cyber security regulations and standards, and directing the evaluation and engineering of cyber technologies.
"With increased vulnerabilities in existing infrastructure and legacy security solutions, organisations' most critical asset, data, is more vulnerable than ever," Mestrovich says.

David Nemes has been appointed as APAC regional director.
Nemes joins Templafy with the remit to lead the company's operations in the region, helping to grow its footprint as it continues its mission to help professionals create better-performing documents faster through connected content.
To continue growing Templafy across the APAC region, Nemes will lean on his more than 15 years of experience leading teams in media, SaaS and tech organisations.

Jen Cerqualia has been appointed to the newly created role of client strategy partner.
A digital pioneer with 25 years' experience in digital strategy, transformation, management and implementation, Cerqualia will grow VERSA's digital partnerships, including strategic planning with clients and lead cross-functional teams to optimise business and audience outcomes.
VERSA CEO Kath Blackham said Cerqualia's deep and wide expertise across digital, and particularly working with government, would be invaluable to clients navigating a digital journey.

Carle Quinn has been appointed as chief people officer, Kerry Moore as its first talent and diversity vice president, and Keith Tyndall as corporate and brand marketing vice president.
Quinn, Moore and Tyndall join Workato during a phase of hyper-growth for the company as the platform continues to experience rapid adoption across key industry verticals, requiring support from a diverse portfolio of talent within leadership.

Eddings has significant board and executive management experience across a range of businesses and organisations, including managing director of The Riskcom Group.
Eddings also works as a non-executive director of ASX listed MPower MSL and most recently was chairman of Cricket Australia and director of Kerry Packer Foundation.

Surbhi Agarwal has been appointed as global marketing senior vice president.

In this role, Agarwal will be managing all of the marketing initiatives for Yellow.ai across geographies to grow business in the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Pacific regions.
Based out of the San Francisco bay area, she will be actively expanding the company's global footprint by building a highly impactful go-to-market team that would strengthen Yellow.ai's position in the market.
