Before embracing this new opportunity with Bentley Systems, Malkin showcased his prowess as the Vice President of Mural, a renowned visual collaboration firm, where he successfully secured contracts with world-renowned accounts. This role was complemented by his earlier leadership tenures at Autodesk where he facilitated market development for new technologies on a global scale, including North America. Commenting on this pivotal appointment, Kaushik Chakraborty, Senior Vice President, Regional Executive, Asia Pacific at Bentley Systems, remarks, “ANZ is at a pivotal moment where it needs to advance the use of digital technologies and sustainable practices.” He further noted Bentley’s dedication to fostering better and more resilient infrastructure through the intelligent digital twin solutions. In his new role, Fergus Dunn will utilize his profound understanding of the market to aid Bentley in capturing key opportunities within the transportation and utilities sectors in the region. This shift is seen as a synergistic step that leverages Dunn’s extensive market knowledge and experience with digital twin solutions. Bentley Systems stands firm on its commitment to delivering pragmatic solutions to its users, with Dunn expected to play a vital role in realising this vision.
