Cevo achieves AWS Premier Partner status, launches AI Studio
Cevo has announced it has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Tier Partner status within the AWS Partner Network (APN).
This recognition marks Cevo's demonstrated expertise and notable success in assisting Australian commercial and public sector organisations with the design, architecture, building, migration, and management of workloads on AWS.
Achieving the AWS Premier Tier Services Partner status showcases Cevo's proficiency in providing cloud solutions. Companies that earn this status must undergo a rigorous approval process, including accreditations and certifications, demonstrating a long-term investment in their relationship with AWS, and a proven track record in deploying customer solutions on AWS.
"Achieving AWS Premier Tier Partner status is a significant milestone for us," commented James Lewis, CEO at Cevo. "This accomplishment validates our commitment to driving digital transformation for Australian businesses with confidence in the AWS cloud. From strategy and cloud foundations, to modernisation, transformation and ongoing managed services, our team's expertise and dedication have consistently met and exceeded our customers' needs. This new status reinforces our strong partnership with AWS, enabling us to deliver world-class cloud solutions that drive real business outcomes."
Cevo has also launched Cevo AI Studio, a new professional service offering aimed at helping organisations accelerate their AI journey on AWS from concept to scalable, production-ready solutions. The AI Studio leverages Cevo's technical expertise and employs a repeatable framework to enable companies to understand and scale impactful AI use cases.
The service consists of two key components: the AI Business Studio and the AI Builders Studio. The AI Business Studio assists organisations in identifying and validating high-impact AI use cases, aligning AI initiatives with business goals, and delivering a proof of value. This phase aims to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of AI solutions, setting the groundwork for broader deployment. The AI Builders Studio advances these validated use cases from pilot to production, using AWS's suite of AI and machine learning services, such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Textract, and Amazon Rekognition, to deploy scalable AI solutions.
"Our goal with the Cevo AI Studio is to enable organisations to confidently adopt AI and achieve measurable business value," commented Mark Badenach, Director of Growth at Cevo. "By combining our technical expertise with AWS's powerful AI technologies, we turn AI visions into real-world solutions that enhance customer experiences, boost employee productivity, and drive operational efficiency."
"The Cevo AI Studio is designed to scale with our customers' needs, whether they're starting with small, targeted initiatives or expanding into larger, more complex projects. This flexibility ensures we can effectively support organisations at every stage of their AI journey and overcome the common challenges of AI adoption by focusing on the most impactful use cases, crafting compelling business cases, and building robust data foundations. In a time when demand for scalable AI solutions is higher than ever, the Cevo AI Studio offers a proven pathway to success," Badenach continued.
NEOS, an Australian life insurance company, partnered with Cevo to use generative AI to improve the efficiency of managing large volumes of email correspondence. The structured approach provided by the Cevo AI Studio demonstrated the potential of generative AI technologies to enhance customer engagement operations and pave the way for future innovations.
David Huang, CTO at NEOS, remarked, "Collaborating with Cevo through their AI Studio allowed us to build a generative AI-driven solution that has the potential to better serve our customers by reducing response times and improving service quality. Cevo's expertise in AI and cloud technologies has paved the way for us to scale this solution and explore further innovations in our operations to deliver the best outcomes for our customers."
