Claroty wins 2025 Best in KLAS for Healthcare IoT security

Claroty has been awarded the "Best in KLAS" for Healthcare IoT Security for its xDome solution in the 2025 Best in KLAS report by KLAS Research.

This marks the fifth consecutive year that Claroty's solution, formerly known as Medigate, has secured the top spot in its category.

It received a performance score of 95.4 out of 100, based on evaluations from 42 healthcare organisations. The accolade reflects the company's ability to help healthcare institutions maintain patient services while protecting their cyber networks and improving operational efficiency.

KLAS Research, a firm specialising in healthcare, compiles its annual report by assessing healthcare IT solutions through extensive evaluations and interviews with numerous users in the field. Solutions are rated across six areas: culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship, and value. Claroty's xDome excelled in these areas, ensuring reliable service delivery while safeguarding cyber-physical systems and enhancing efficiency in clinical settings.

The feedback from customers highlights the operational efficiency provided by Claroty's solution. One Chief Information Security Officer remarked, "The thing that keeps us with Claroty is operational efficiency."

"They identify products and tools that we are not using enough or not using well enough, like dormant pumps in a closet. They identify patterns of ill service for any one piece of biomed equipment."

" There is session planning beforehand, and once decisions are made, the vendor makes certain to reconvene and communicate the plan and revision time frames."
