FYI, this story is more than a year old

Cloud Collective has expanded its capabilities and launched in New Zealand with the addition of a new partner.

Cloud Collective is a strategic alliance of Microsoft Gold partners, created to address the requirements of mid-market companies.

The alliance has officially signed on Sydney-based Walkerscott as the latest company to join the consortium.

Walkerscott joins Antares, IComm and Quorum which, over the past three years, have provided Cloud Collective customers with a depth of expertise across the latest Microsoft technologies as well as complete end-to-end cloud solutions.

Walkerscott brings expertise and experience in the Dynamics 365 platform to round out the Cloud Collective's capability, expertise and solutions across all three Microsoft clouds, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.

Walkerscott is a Microsoft Gold Partner with five gold certifications including Application Development and Cloud Platform.

In addition, Cloud Collective will now expand into New Zealand through Walkerscott's offices in Wellington and Auckland.

Walkerscott CEO Paul Knox, says, "We made the easy decision to join the Cloud Collective as it allows Walkerscott to continue providing outstanding service to our clients as a boutique consultancy while giving our customers easy access to the full power of the entire Microsoft Platform."

Microsoft Australia chief partner officer Rachel Bondi says, "This is a fantastic expansion of Cloud Collective which has gone from strength to strength.

"The multiplying impact our partners can have when they work together is nothing short of outstanding. Partner to partner sharing of skills, experience, technical capability and insight unlocks massive customer value."

Providing complementary skills and capabilities, Cloud Collective provides in-depth expertise across the latest Microsoft technologies and a complete end-to-end wrap of cloud solutions.

Its partner companies have more than 50 years of business experience delivering complex projects for private and public organisations, both in Australia and overseas.

Cloud Collective's combined Microsoft Partner accreditations include a total of twelve Gold Competencies, and six Advanced Specialisations, providing assurance around the quality of work it consistently delivers.

Quorum managing director Mark McLean says, "Over the last three years, Cloud Collective has had great success driving transformation projects for some of Australia's most trusted brands.

"Bringing Walkerscott into the alliance is the final piece of the puzzle which will enable delivery across all four Microsoft Solutions areas and all three Clouds.

"The team at Walkerscott are not only a great fit competency wise but they are also perfectly aligned from a culture perspective and we are excited to have them join us on the journey."
