CoachHub unveils AI tool to enhance digital coaching experience

CoachHub, a digital coaching provider, has announced the launch of its AI Coaching Companion, an AI tool designed to enhance the coachee experience in the periods between coaching sessions. Available as an add-on feature through the CoachHub app in Microsoft Teams, the new tool harnesses proprietary AI technology to provide continuous conversational support, creating new opportunities for development and learning 24/7.

The AI Coaching Companion offers a host of key features to improve the coaching experience. Firstly, it provides guidance on concrete situations and acts as a secure space for coachees to engage in continuous learning and problem-solving. The interactive tool allows users to engage in role-playing for critical communication skills practice to better manage uncomfortable conversations and feedback scenarios.
