High-performance gear and systems manufacturer Corsair has announced the release of the A115 High-Performance Tower CPU Air Cooler, adding to their growing lineup of CPU cooling solutions. The A115, touted as the most formidable and efficient air cooler the company has produced to date, is tailored to tackle the high temperatures produced by the latest CPUs from Intel and AMD.
The A115 integrates six 6mm heat pipes and a copper cold plate with a high-efficiency design, all purpose-built to handle CPUs with up to 270W TDP. Additionally, the cold plate's slightly convex shape ensures maximum thermal contact with the CPU, promising uncompromised stability and thermal transfer. After absorbing the heat, the 90 nickel-plated cooling fins significantly increase the surface area for heat dissipation, coming in at a substantial 1.69m.

Installation and adjustment are eased by Corsair's pioneering Slide-and-Lock fan mount system, which allows for variable mounting height and broad DRAM height compatibility.
Corsair's enactment of the HoldFast 2.0 Retention System ensures the A115 securely fits on high-performance CPUs, including brackets for the latest Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5/AM4 sockets. The air cooler comes pre-applied with top-performing XTM70 thermal paste, ensuring optimal heat transfer right out of the box.
