CyberArk unveils new MSP hub & partner scheme to boost security

Yesterday

CyberArk has introduced updates to its console and partner programme aimed at supporting Managed Services Providers (MSPs) in expanding their identity security offerings.

The CyberArk MSP Hub, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) management console, serves as a comprehensive entry point for MSPs to access and deliver the CyberArk Identity Security Platform to their clients. This is accompanied by a new partner programme specifically optimised for MSPs, with features intended to drive profitability through dedicated Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and discount tiering.

The MSP Hub builds upon the previous MSP Console, offering enhanced cloud operations management, multi-tenant administration capabilities, and centralised visibility across all managed CyberArk instances. This enables MSPs to create identity security services that manage both human and machine identities across multiple customer environments.

MSPs partnering with CyberArk can now provide converged identity security services for their customers, spanning privileged access management (PAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), and identity and access management (IAM).

The updates are designed to help MSPs optimise operational efficiency and differentiate their service offerings in the market.

Micheal Steele, Senior Security Operations Manager at Optiv, commented on the impact the development has had on his organisation's operations.

"In a hyper-connected world, selecting the right MSP is about finding a trusted partner that strengthens both daily operations and cybersecurity posture. With CyberArk MSP solutions, we have maximised efficiency, enabling us to focus on delivering identity security value to every customer we serve."

The suite of new tools and programme features is targeted at both existing partners and over 300 MSPs already within CyberArk's ecosystem, aiming to address the needs of a diverse MSP community. Organisations can use MSP Hub as their primary gateway to manage identity security services at scale for customers in a centralised and streamlined manner.

Eduarda Camacho, Chief Operating Officer at CyberArk, explained the company's priority in providing MSPs with these enhancements.

"CyberArk is committed to empowering MSP partners with tools that drive value and operational excellence, making it easy to adopt the full extent of our platform and helping them grow their identity security practices. CyberArk's SaaS-based platform and console are a scalable and simple-to-use way for MSPs to offer the industry's most complete set of identity security services, helping address their customers' complex identity-centric challenges with reduced time-to-value and driving sustainable revenue growth."

The new MSP partner programme is designed to scale MSP business, allowing partners to pursue differentiated service models and leverage centralised management features to offer security services to a broad customer base.

The programme will be rolled out in full towards the end of 2025, with existing and new MSP partners able to access the MSP Hub and begin integrating the solution within their operations.

The CyberArk Identity Security Platform, which underpins the MSP Hub, applies intelligent privilege controls to human and machine identities and provides threat prevention, detection and response across the identity lifecycle. The enhancements are positioned to support MSPs in meeting evolving security needs, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency objectives in a range of enterprise environments.
