DevOps Consultancy DNX Solutions appoints New CTO to Facilitate Citadel Spin-Off
Mon, 16th Oct 2023

DevOps consultancy firm, DNX Solutions, has announced the appointment of its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), as it facilitates the spin-off of Citadel—a SASS security and compliance product. Kelly Griffin, with her exceptional background as a senior partner sales manager at Amazon Web Services, replaces co-founder Allan Denot, who will now head Citadel as CEO.

DNX is gearing up its expansion across the enterprise market, consequently welcoming Griffin to a leadership role. "I'm excited about taking a leadership role in DNX's future growth in the enterprise market and continued focus on our customers to drive innovative industry solutions," Griffin states.

As CTO, Griffin will oversee all facets of technology, solutions, engineering sectors and project management at DNX Solutions. Notably, she will leverage her position to explore new technology partnerships, thereby expanding the consultancy's capabilities and outreach.

Helder Klemp, CEO and co-founder of DNX Solutions, expressed his optimism regarding Griffin's appointment. "Kelly's appointment is a great opportunity to take DNX Solutions to the next level. Her unique experience with both a technical and sales background makes her an excellent leader to oversee our technology and continue to push for innovation aligning with DNX goals and the needs of our customers and industries," Klemp proclaims.

Following the strategic separation of Citadel from DNX Solutions, Alan Denot believes that it will enable the turnkey compliance solution to mature and penetrate new markets worldwide. He states, "I'm proud of what DNX Solutions has achieved, and I am confident that Kelly's leadership as CTO, along with my co-founder Helder Klemp, will drive the company to even greater success." Denot's new role as CEO will allow Citadel to concentrate on the product roadmap and keep the customer-first culture in sharp focus.

The spin-off and repositioning acknowledge the significant global opportunity Citadel provides as a solution to businesses navigating stringent regulatory conditions and the need to expedite security, privacy, and compliance authorisations.

Denot is set to retain an operative advisor role and will continue to be a board member at DNX Solutions. In addition, Klemp will endure on the board of Citadel. The division will allow the co-founders to facilitate the growth of the two separate companies effectively.
