eCloudvalley renews AWS pact to push enterprise AI

eCloudvalley has renewed a multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Amazon Web Services, marking the second such deal between the two companies.
The Singapore-headquartered cloud and digital transformation provider said the renewed pact focuses on enterprise artificial intelligence as it shifts from a services-led model to a more product-focused business.
Under the arrangement, AWS will support eCloudvalley with technical enablement, joint solution development, proof-of-concept work and market programmes. eCloudvalley plans to extend a model developed in Taiwan across Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
eCloudvalley has built a portfolio of AI-related products alongside its existing cloud migration, managed services and security operations. Its MAIAH platform is designed as an enterprise AI agent system combining multi-agent functions, knowledge management, retrieval-augmented generation and AI-based applications.
It has also introduced EAG, a governance platform intended to manage AI agents, models, data and access permissions from a central point. The system is aimed at reducing operational risk and controlling costs as businesses move AI projects into wider use.
At the edge of the network, NeoEdge Matrix provides data inputs, while NeoEdge Central is designed to bring edge computing and on-premises deployment into industrial and operational technology environments. The group said its managed services, security and know your customer processes can also be integrated into AI agent workflows when customers require them.
The company has also expanded its cloud management offering through Atlas 2.0, which combines round-the-clock monitoring, DevSecOps as a service and cost management tools. eCloudvalley said the platform supports different stages of cloud adoption as it develops what it describes as AI-led managed services.
Regional push
The renewed agreement comes as eCloudvalley seeks growth in sectors including financial services, manufacturing, retail and the public sector. It said the collaboration with AWS will target both small and medium-sized businesses and larger enterprises across the region.
Founded in 2013, eCloudvalley operates across Taiwan, mainland China, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, the United States, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Australia. It serves more than 2,400 enterprise clients and holds more than 500 AWS certifications across the business.
Its wider partner roster includes SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Google Cloud and Salesforce. eCloudvalley added Google Cloud to its portfolio in 2022 as part of a broader multi-cloud approach.
The company was named AWS Global MSP Partner of the Year in 2024. It first signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS in 2023.
Linda Lin, Chief Executive Officer of eCloudvalley, outlined how the relationship has evolved. "Our first agreement in 2023 with AWS helped us horizontally expand our regional footprint. ECV has grown its AWS business significantly by increasing its customer base and establishing a presence into Australia. The next phase is about vertical depth through productization, taking a deep dive into AI business to better serve customers with verified methodologies that can be deployed effortlessly," said Lin.
Jason Tam, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of eCloudvalley, said the latest agreement reflected a broader repositioning of the business. "To head toward a sustainable future, partners must offer value that retains customer beyond distribution and discounts. This SCA shows what ECV represents and what ECV is heading towards. As ECV repositions itself into a product-driven technology partner with AWS, we are returning to 'Day 1' mindset-investing in AI-led platforms and business model. Building distinct value on top of AWS technology, ECV empowers customers while creating an ecosystem where AWS, ECV, and our customers win together," said Tam.
AWS said the partnership reflects customer demand for practical uses of cloud and AI in the region. "We've seen ECV help customers across ASEAN tackle real cloud and AI challenges, and this renewed collaboration reflects the momentum and results they're driving. Our focus is making enterprise AI practical and accessible, so customers can move from experimentation to production faster. What matters is that customers across the region are solving real business problems faster, and partnerships like this one help make that happen," said Kirsten Gilbertson, Head of ASEAN Partner Development at AWS.
