Gratifii & Fastter launch mobile plans as rewards

Today

Fastter has announced a five-year agreement with Gratifii to facilitate the launch of "Member's Mobile" telephony plans for Gratifii's 85 clients and their 23 million end-user customers.

Gratifii is known for creating and delivering incentive and rewards programmes that enhance engagement for members, customers, and employees of prominent brands such as RACV, K-Mart, Officeworks, and Bunnings.

The new offering will utilise telecommunications services as a form of reward.

These "Member's Mobile" plans, considered the first of their kind in Australia, will leverage Fastter's capabilities to provide Gratifii's clients with exclusive branded mobile plans aimed at delivering genuine monthly savings, excellent customer service, and coverage via the full Optus 5G Network.

Iain Dunstan, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Gratifii, commented, "Gratifii's disruptive new B2B 'Member's Mobile' service will give our clients the opportunity to provide exclusive branded telco offers to their members and customers, accelerating genuine savings for millions of Australians at a time when household budgets continue to be stretched."

Dunstan also mentioned, "This partnership enables Gratifii to deliver mobile subscriptions to our existing clients as a loyalty, rewards and engagement tool, without the burden of them having to negotiate regulatory compliance responsibilities."

For brands seeking to establish mobile services, traditional methods required significant financial investment and time, typically involving acquiring smaller telecommunications companies or building services from the ground up.

Fastter offers an alternative by significantly reducing the capital and time investment required to launch mobile network services, presenting a fully branded network in less than 90 days while eliminating regulatory and compliance risks.

Fastter, established in 2023, aims to simplify telecommunications, focusing on delivering experiences that improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Its latest partnership with Gratifii marks another step in this direction.

Damien Hansen, Co-Founder of Fastter, stated, "Fastter is committed to creating new and innovative ways for brands to seamlessly integrate mobile connectivity and receive the customer loyalty benefits without having to shift focus from their core business."

He added, "We are thrilled to be working alongside Gratiffi to create a new reward offering and deeper customer connections that deliver significant commercial benefits.

'Member's Mobile' will be an exciting new addition to its suite of products, and we look forward to seeing more consumers make the switch to a better value 'Member's Mobile' phone plan."
