Harbor Solutions & Zadara launch sovereign AI cloud in ANZ

Wed, 19th Nov 2025

Harbor Solutions has established a new partnership with Zadara to deliver a multi-tenant sovereign AI cloud platform for managed service providers (MSPs) and resellers in Australia and New Zealand. The offering targets enterprises seeking secure, in-country AI and traditional workloads supported by strict data residency, integrated backup, and disaster recovery.

Operational expansion

The collaboration marks Harbor Solutions' entry into the Australian and New Zealand markets. Services will be supported locally and underpinned by Zadara's global edge cloud infrastructure. The platform is powered by NVIDIA GPUs and leverages a range of NVIDIA applications, aiming to provide enterprise-grade compute, storage, and networking performance.

Designed for channels

The platform is tailored for channel partners facing growing compliance needs and operational complexity. It supports multi-tenancy, offering in-country sovereign cloud capabilities to help partners achieve regulatory and data localisation requirements. Channel partners benefit from an OpEx-only model, helping reduce upfront capital expenditure and aligning with recurring revenue strategies.

The cloud platform functions as a VMware alternative, providing a migration path for enterprises operating legacy infrastructure while supporting operational continuity.

Cyber resilience

Integrated backup and disaster recovery services are included as standard, leveraging Harbor Solutions' background in cyber resilience and managed recovery. The offering uses Rubrik-based solutions to help channel partners and their customers mitigate operational disruption and data loss risks.

Scalability and flexibility

The platform is built to support on-demand scaling of workloads and services, with automated provisioning of compute, storage, and networking resources. The partnership allows partners to launch new services more quickly for customers, supported by regional teams and Zadara's international edge cloud footprint.

"Our partnership with Zadara allows us to deliver new levels of performance, resilience, and sovereignty for our customers. Channel partners today need more than just traditional IT; they need multi-tenant AI clouds that are secure, cost-effective and tailored to their businesses. Together with Zadara, we're bringing exactly that to our customers," said James Harris, CEO, Harbor Solutions.

Paul Bennett, APAC Sales at Zadara, said, "We've engineered this platform to help channel partners deliver sovereign, secure, and scalable services for AI workloads as well as traditional workloads without the infrastructure burden."
