Hootsuite integrates with Adobe Experience Platform

28 Mar 2019

Hootsuite announced an upcoming integration with Adobe Experience Platform. Developed collaboratively with Adobe, this integration will bring insights from social activity to Adobe’s real-time customer profile, enabling Adobe customers to deliver omni-channel marketing initiatives informed by their customers’ social media behaviour.

Once live, Hootsuite will deliver six integrated Adobe solutions, supposedly cementing Hootsuite as Adobe’s preferred social media management partner.

Hootsuite CMO Penny Wilson says, “With social becoming one of the highest performing customer engagement channels, organisations are looking to better understand the impact of their social strategy on their broader business and marketing objectives.

“This innovative integration between Hootsuite and Adobe Experience Platform leverages social insights to create a unified view of the customer so marketers can deliver personalised content and messaging on the most relevant channels to achieve their greatest ROI.”

The new Adobe Experience Platform integration will add to Hootsuite’s suite of Adobe integrations, joining Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Adobe’s Marketo Engagement Platform, and Adobe Stock to solidify Hootsuite’s position as the leading social suite.

Customers around the world leverage the integrations to activate omni-channel campaigns and measure the impact of social interactions throughout the customer journey.

Adobe VP of platform and partners Amit Ahuja says, “Social media is a strategic channel for many of our customers and an important part of today’s customer journey.

“This integration builds on the value our customers receive from our partnership with Hootsuite, allowing them to leverage critical social data within Adobe’s Real-Time Customer Profile to deliver amazing digital experiences.”
