HR-Bible unveils AI-driven HR tool to simplify business tasks

Today

HR-Bible has launched its new HR platform, an AI-driven tool based on Microsoft's Copilot for automating HR systems and simplifying processes.

The company was established by four founders, each bringing over a decade of expertise from varied professional backgrounds, including video games, sales, human resources, technology, and business development.

Eugen Sfîrlos serves as Chief Executive Officer. With more than 13 years of experience in video games, Sfîrlos developed the original AI agent underpinning the HR-Bible platform. His exploration into automated systems began during his time at university, and in the past three years, he recognised HR as the initial market focus for the technology.

Sfîrlos said, "I started developing the system in Canada. My goal was to make HR simple and accessible for all. This system proves that with a small budget you can make a massive impact. Our HR system is fully integrated into Microsoft Teams, making it instantly accessible for businesses already using the platform. I strongly believe every team deserves good HR, not just big companies with big budgets."

The operational side of the business is led by Larisa Macovei, Chief Operations Officer, who has more than a decade of experience in sales and HR. Macovei was key in formulating the company's go-to-market strategy and broadening its marketing reach.

Macovei commented, "During the project development in Canada, we asked ourselves: what if HR systems could be simpler, digital and accessible for everyone, with very low cost? So, we decided that it is a good time to digitise the existing systems, inside Microsoft Teams. Based on my experience, in some companies, HR processes are still slowing down teams, costing companies time, money, and sometimes morale. With a small move, digitalising HR-Bible wasn't just a tech upgrade, it was a strategic move that directly impacts performance, mindset and growth."

On the technical side, Chief Technology Officer Adela Eleonora has been integral in ensuring that program deadlines are met and the development roadmap is maintained. Bringing experience from previous roles at companies such as McLaren, Eleonora stated, "As a tech builder and a mum of two, I wanted to create a platform that gives time back — not takes it away. We're using clean architecture and real-world UX to make sure HR teams can focus on people, not problems."

Luke Baker, an entrepreneur originally from the UK who now resides in Romania, serves as Chief Business Officer. Baker has previously scaled and sold multiple companies, and his aim with HR-Bible is to achieve seven-digit growth within the platform's first year in operation. Baker emphasised, "HR Bible isn't just software — it's a movement. One fair price, no confusion, and a growing community of HR leaders who want to do things better. We're also inviting 500 early adopters to become part of the Founders 500 Club — a lifetime community shaping the future of HR."

The first working prototype of the HR-Bible platform has already been implemented and tested at two companies—one located in Romania and the other in Canada. During the calendar year 2025, the platform will be available in Open Beta, allowing clients to access the service at discounted rates compared to those planned for full release in 2026.

The company has also introduced the Founders 500 plan, offering the initial 500 companies the chance to purchase the service at a fixed lifetime rate with additional benefits such as access to HR-focused events, podcasts, and blogs. This strategy is intended to foster an early community of users who will contribute to the platform's ongoing development and future direction.

The decision to start the business originated from Eugen Sfîrlos's identification of a gap in the global market for streamlined and accessible HR solutions. The platform aims to appeal to organisations already using Microsoft Teams, facilitating rapid integration and ease of use for existing business users.

HR-Bible's backend leverages Microsoft's Copilot engine, supporting continuous improvement of its system and processes as the company scales. The platform's design seeks to offer HR solutions, particularly to organisations with smaller budgets, expanding access beyond large enterprises.

After roughly three years in development, HR-Bible began its operations in May 2025 and is positioning itself for growth and wider market adoption in the coming years.
