Ingram Micro launches Xvantage Integrations Hub in Australia

Thu, 31st Jul 2025

Ingram Micro has launched its Xvantage Integrations Hub in Australia, offering channel partners a no-code platform to integrate widely used business applications such as Salesforce, Xero, and Dynamics.

The new solution is designed to streamline integration and automation processes for partners, covering tasks such as quoting, invoicing, procurement, and order tracking. Ingram Micro's Xvantage Integrations Hub is aimed at helping businesses scale more efficiently while enhancing workflow security and automation.

Simplifying integration

According to Ingram Micro, the hub provides a simplified way for software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools and platform technology to integrate with the Xvantage platform. This is expected to speed up decision-making and the generation of revenue while offering more secure and modern workflows.

"With our Xvantage Integrations Hub, Ingram Micro is moving towards a platform-driven experience focused on achieving greater collaboration, productivity, and efficiency," explains Ingram Micro Australia's Director Partner & Digital Experience ANZ, Sonia Phillips. "From large enterprises to solo MSPs, the Integrations Hub offers no-code automation solutions that connect seamlessly with major CRM, ERP, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and accounting platforms, including Salesforce, Dynamics, QuickBooks, and Xero," said Phillips.

The hub has been engineered in-house by Ingram Micro's global platform group and is intended to reduce manual work for partners. This enables partners to focus their resources on more valuable business and service lines rather than routine administrative tasks.

Operational efficiency and security

Kristy Comrie, Platform Consultants Manager at Ingram Micro, has worked closely with partners in driving adoption of the hub and identifying efficiency gains through automation. Comrie highlighted the operational benefits brought about by the platform's automation capabilities and the robust security measures in place.

"Many partners have gained significant value by integrating with Ingram Micro, streamlining key processes such as quoting, procurement, order tracking, and invoicing. This automation of the sales cycle helps eliminate potential revenue leakage and enhances overall operational efficiency," said Comrie. "The Xvantage Integrations Hub hosts a suite of internally developed applications, engineered with robust security protocols and aligned with globally recognised compliance standards such as ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) and ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Management). These applications leverage secure authentication mechanisms (such as OAuth 2.0), encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.2+), role-based access controls (RBAC), and continuous monitoring to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data across all integrations."

The integration hub is currently available in more than ten countries where Xvantage has been deployed, offering customers and vendors access to prebuilt applications and secure workflows, ultimately providing a frictionless user experience. HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and Zoho CRM are among the integrations ready for immediate use, with additional integrations scheduled for release throughout the rest of 2025.

Platform economy context

The global trend towards a platform and sharing economy continues to transform the technology sector. Frank Della Rosa, Research Vice President, SaaS, Business Platforms, and Industry Cloud at IDC, commented on the broader industry significance of Ingram Micro's strategic direction.

"The global platform and sharing economy are accelerating business transformation across industries, including the tech sector, and introducing a new wave of collaboration and resilience," said Frank Della Rosa. "Ingram Micro's Xvantage platform and new Xvantage Integrations Hub demonstrate the balance required between integrations and interactions to build a digitally enabled organisation that prioritises the customer experience and business execution."

Ingram Micro's President of Global Platform Group, Sanjib Sahoo, noted the speed and ease with which partners can now complete integrations.

"Integrations are critical in a platform economy – operating at the crux of a connected ecosystem that thrives on collective innovation and continuous transformation," said Sanjib Sahoo. "At Ingram Micro, we are constantly driving technology innovations to help our partners. With the new Xvantage Integrations Hub, integrations that used to take months or years can now be completed in seconds or minutes."

Ingram Micro has indicated that the Xvantage Integrations Hub is part of an increasing focus on enabling channel partners to operate more efficiently and securely. With additional integrations expected and a suite of security features compliant with global standards, the hub is positioned as a key element of the company's digital platform capabilities in the Australian market and beyond.
