inTechnology marks 25 years with Sidos Wi-Fi tool partnership

Today

inTechnology Distribution has marked its 25th anniversary with a new distribution agreement with Sidos Systems Oy, opening wider access to Sidos's Wi-Fi survey and management tools for partners across Asia-Pacific.

The arrangement sees inTechnology Distribution, which operates throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region, providing its reseller and partner network with access to the full range of Sidos Wi-Fi diagnostic and planning tools. These include the Sidos Cloud platform, the Wave W1 measurement device, and the Sidos iPhone App, designed to make site surveys and performance assessments more accessible through a hardware-light and wireless-first approach.

Channel expansion

Under the agreement, inTechnology Distribution will add the new Sidos products to its portfolio, which targets sectors such as healthcare, government, and enterprise. According to the company, the partnership comes as part of ongoing efforts to supply technologies that improve network management and operations for its partners.

Mark Winter, Founder and Chief Executive Officer at inTechnology Distribution, commented:

"As we celebrate 25 years in business, this partnership with Sidos represents everything we stand for: bringing impactful, innovative solutions to market. Sidos delivers a smarter, more accessible way to manage wireless infrastructure, and we're excited to introduce it to our partners across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia-Pacific Region."

The full suite of Sidos tools aims to streamline Wi-Fi network management for both technical teams and frontline users, supporting rapid deployment and helping streamline wireless infrastructure operations. Features of the Sidos range include integrated software and hardware capable of diagnostics, planning, and Wi-Fi performance assessments across multiple frequency bands. The vendor's mobile application utilises FastStart QR technology to allow quick site surveys, while the Sidos Cloud platform leverages AI-based analytics for network optimisation.

Supporting the rollout

The launch will be supported through a series of initiatives by inTechnology Distribution to encourage channel uptake. These include bi-monthly webinars and training events, localising and promoting Sidos marketing materials for the Asia-Pacific region, providing discounted demonstration kits for non-production use, and offering tier-1 technical and sales support. The company also plans to streamline partner onboarding via its dedicated partner portal.

Brandon Winter, Chief Executive Officer at inTechnology Distribution, outlined the strategic fit of the technology within the group's broader offering:

"Sidos perfectly complements our growing portfolio of mobility, network performance, and wireless technologies. It aligns with our commitment to delivering simple, scalable, and accessible solutions. Whether you're a field technician, a managed service provider, or a Wi-Fi IT team, Sidos helps you deliver faster, smarter results."

Through this initiative, inTechnology aims to strengthen the capabilities of its reseller base in providing enterprise-grade network services, addressing both the growing complexity and demand for robust wireless infrastructure among customers across sectors.

Sidos Systems perspective

Mika Hakala, Chief Executive Officer of Sidos Systems Oy, welcomed the partnership and highlighted its expansion potential for the Finnish-based technology company:

"Partnering with inTechnology Distribution opens the door to a new wave of growth for Sidos. Their 25 years of experience, trusted partner network, and track record of launching disruptive technologies make them the perfect fit for expanding our footprint across the region."

Sidos Systems's portfolio features enterprise-grade Wi-Fi measurement and diagnostic tools, including the Sidos Wave device, which supports 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands. The Sidos Cloud platform provides network optimisation and predictive analytics, and the company's software offerings allow for flexible and collaborative workflows while removing traditional licensing restrictions.
