Prior to my tenure at Dell, my career has transported me through diverse roles and industries, each contributing to my multifaceted skill set and understanding of customer-centricity. As a Sales Director at Ocean Guardian, a Business Development Manager at SPOS, and a Sales & Licensing Manager at FairlightAU Digital/Audio, I cultivated expertise in sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management. Additionally, my experience as an Industrial Commercial Strata Manager at CBRE and a National Subcontractor Manager at Security Specialists Australia has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of managing diverse stakeholders and navigating complex projects.

Moreover, my unconventional background as an Equestrian Instructor instilled in me a deep sense of patience, empathy, and communication – qualities that are integral to delivering exceptional customer service in any industry. Whether it was guiding students through the nuances of horseback riding or navigating the intricacies of enterprise software solutions, the ability to listen, understand, and communicate effectively has always been at the forefront of my approach.

One of the fundamental lessons I've learned throughout my career is the importance of truly listening to clients. Moreover, honesty and integrity serve as linchpins, essential for fostering trust and credibility in customer relationships.

Reflecting on my journey as a woman in the tech industry, I've witnessed remarkable shifts in gender dynamics. Historically, women were often relegated to supportive roles, but today, the landscape is evolving.
