JAGGAER names first Chief Digital & AI Officer to boost platform

JAGGAER has appointed Gopinath "GP" Polavarapu as its first Chief Digital and AI Officer.

Polavarapu will oversee and drive the company's artificial intelligence strategy, with an emphasis on embedding AI capabilities into the JAGGAER One Platform to support automation, conversational functions, and collaboration features.

According to JAGGAER, Polavarapu's remit includes contributing to the end-to-end AI roadmap for the company, focusing on Agentic AI for its platform and enhancing internal employee productivity. His role will also involve building AI capacity through talent acquisition, creating an AI Centre of Excellence, and establishing a hub dedicated to AI thought leadership.

Prior to joining JAGGAER, Polavarapu served as Chief Solutions Officer at Kore.ai, bringing significant experience in enterprise AI solutions to his new position. He will work alongside JAGGAER's Chief Product Officer, Jon Lawrence, and Chief Strategic Officer, Pascal d'Arc, as part of an ongoing AI-focused transformation initiative within the company.

Polavarapu is also active as a mentor for emerging AI talent and is committed to supporting business transformation via artificial intelligence-based approaches.
