Jetic launches Jetlets, a user-friendly tool for advanced integration

Tue, 16th Apr 2024

Cloud-native integration operator Jetic has unveiled its latest offering, Jetlets, a low-code and no-code block template that empowers users to build technically advanced integration use cases typically overlooked by alternative integration platforms. Announced on April 11, 2024, from their base in St. Petersburg, Florida, this development marks another milestone for Jetic as it consolidates its hold on the increasingly overcrowded SaaS market.

The advent of Jetlets is a response to the pressing challenges facing iPaaS end-users and vendors. With an estimated 30,000 SaaS on the market and approximately 100 million new applications launched annually, users struggle to find a comprehensive solution to handle their application integration needs. Conversely, it is nearly impossible for iPaaS vendors to create all the required building blocks for lesser-known yet vital integration use cases such as legacy systems, niche protocols, or in-house developed applications.

In answer to these complex demands, Jetlets leverages low-code/no-code technology to allow users to effortlessly construct customised, reusable connectors and templates from Jetic's robust offering of over 300 low-level components. This streamlines the integration process and provides a far more bespoke and user-friendly experience for the end-user.

Andre Sluczka, Founder and CEO of Jetic, spoke enthusiastically about the new release. "Jetlets opens up a new realm of possibilities for users, enabling them to easily and swiftly build tailored integration blocks to suit their specific requirements," he stated. "This is especially valuable to specialised industries reliant on niche systems with highly specific integration needs, such as AS400, HL7, and EDI typically found in legacy or proprietary in-house applications."

Providing even more flexibility in its usage, Jetlets can be developed from scratch or by leveraging existing blocks within Jetic's iPaaS editor, Jetic Studio. Businesses can construct an in-house market of reusable Jetlets made of low-level code. This functionality means citizen integrators can implement complex scenarios, mitigating the need to understand the underlying complexity.

Designed for a cloud-native future, Jetic caters to varying integration scenarios. These uses include real-time integration, API management, serverless integration, event streaming, data capture, and data transformation. The platform also offers root-cause analysis through innovative monitoring and observability. With an implementation compliant with Git Standards, Jetic can integrate into any GitOps strategy, offering a professional software rollout incorporating modern CI/CD practices.

The introduction of Jetlets by Jetic represents a significant step forward in addressing the intricate challenges of integration within the SaaS market. By leveraging low-code/no-code technology, Jetlets offers users a streamlined approach to constructing custom integration solutions tailored to their specific needs. This development showcases Jetic's commitment to innovation and responsiveness to the industry's evolving demands. As users explore the potential of Jetlets, it marks a promising advancement in the realm of integration solutions.

As Jetic continues to push the boundaries of integration possibilities, users are encouraged to sign up for free to explore a catalogue of pre-built Jetlets, showcasing the power and flexibility of this new product offering.
