Kaseya unveils AI tools to boost MSP efficiency & security

Yesterday

Kaseya has introduced new AI-powered capabilities to help managed service providers (MSPs) improve efficiency and security across their cloud and IT operations.

Australian MSPs are in a challenging position. Six in ten small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) rely on them for expertise due to internal expertise gaps. However, 36% of MSPs lack sufficient cybersecurity training, which hampers their ability to effectively support cloud services. AI-driven tools have emerged as a solution to help MSPs enhance security, optimise costs, and bridge this critical skills gap.

Kaseya's latest developments follow its successful performance in Q1 of 2025 when it recorded its best-ever financial results. As part of its ongoing efforts, Kaseya has unveiled a series of new product innovations.

Ranjan Singh, Chief Product Officer at Kaseya, commented, "We are pursuing an aggressive innovation schedule to extend our leadership in the market. We continue to build on the Kaseya 365 platform and have launched several critical capabilities to help customers establish a solid security posture against the latest and most aggressive cyber threats while making them the most efficient IT organisations in the industry."

The newly introduced capabilities include the "Autotask AI Recap," which automatically summarises IT tickets, an advancement to save time and improve documentation quality. Another new feature, the "IT Glue Smart SOP Generator," automates IT process documentation in real time, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Additionally, Vonahi's Grey Box Penetration Testing simulates cyberattacks to identify potential vulnerabilities before hackers can exploit them.

In addition, the Compliance Manager GRC has been enhanced to simplify compliance processes, and myITprocess has new capabilities that automate data gathering across various platforms.

Kaseya's 365 platform enables the timely delivery of these innovations, providing significant advantages over competitors. The integrated IT and security platform is designed to help customers achieve efficiency and a robust security posture.

Kaseya received over 20 G2 awards in Q1, including Top 100 Global Company and Best Security Products. It was also recognised as Best Software for Small Business. The Channel Program named seventeen of Kaseya's products Category Leaders.

These developments align with Kaseya's focus on staying ahead in the AI-powered cybersecurity and IT management software market while supporting MSPs in navigating current challenges. The company plans to continue this momentum and further develop the Kaseya 365 platform to enhance customer experiences and product offerings.
