ManageEngine bringing back Australian user conference
ManageEngine is bringing back its user conference, the company's flagship customer event, to two of Australia's largest cities for the first time since 2018.
ManageEngine is the enterprise IT management division of Zoho corporation.
The upcoming conference will be hosted at InterContinental Melbourne, The Rialto on 4-5 August and the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney on 8-9 August.
The event will also celebrate long-standing customers, employees and partners in Australia as part of ManageEngine's 'Pillar of Support: Customers' campaign.
The recognition will praise the vital contributions these customers, employees and partners have made to the company's 20-year journey.
"In the last couple of years, the technology and business landscapes have changed drastically and organisations are scurrying to adapt to the new models," ManageEngine president Rajesh Ganesan says.
"As a company that has grown over the last two decades, seen downturns, and recently navigated the pandemic, we have learnt our lessons and have incorporated those in our products to solve our customers' problems.
"With Australia being a high-growth market for us, we are excited to bring our user conference back, as we invest in establishing more local presence in serving customers in the Australia and New Zealand region."
Senior technology and domain experts from ManageEngine will deliver keynote speeches about the evolving role of IT and the increasing trends of the remote-first work culture and the digital-first customer mindset.
Customers can expect in-depth walk-throughs and live demonstrations of the entire range of ManageEngine's offerings.
In addition, the conference will include one-on-one sessions with product experts, giving customers the chance to discuss and resolve their concerns.
Customers will also have access to exclusive training sessions to increase their knowledge of the company's offerings.
Further, these sessions will allow them to become certified product associates by successfully completing a test conducted by ManageEngine.
The conferences will also be showcasing the soon-to-be-launched SaaS version of ManageEngine's IT analytics offering, Analytics Plus.
The new cloud version of the product allows users to set up a fully functional, integrated analytics platform in less than a minute.
ManageEngine has been providing a broad variety of IT management offerings to Australian and New Zealand companies since 2002 and currently caters to over 5,000 regional customers throughout several sectors such as retail, manufacturing, the public sector, and the not-for-profit sector.
The company hosts its IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM) and endpoint management offerings in its Sydney and Melbourne data centres.
These data centres were established in 2019, and ManageEngine says they are a long-term commitment to local customers with concerns about data security and privacy.
ManageEngine has also appointed Vinayak Sreedhar as its new country manager, overseeing business operations in Australia.
Sreedhar brings over a decade of experience working with ManageEngine and has played an instrumental role in forging strong partner relationships for the company in the Asia-Pacific region.
Most recently, he served as senior manager of sales and business development in Australia. In his new role, Sreedhar is responsible for leading overall business development initiatives in the country.
"I am thrilled to take on this new role and lead ManageEngine's local business operations," Sreedhar says.
"I am excited by the opportunity to build on my experience in the company and the region, and to continue to grow our strong local partner ecosystem."
