ManageEngine's AD360 expands with 100 new integrations

Tue, 1st Apr 2025

ManageEngine has significantly expanded the integration capabilities of its identity and access management platform, AD360, by introducing over 100 new prebuilt integrations.

This expansion aims to bolster the converged capabilities of the IAM platform, which is utilised by enterprises managing vast arrays of applications. The enhanced integrations include extended support to popular HRMS, ITSM, and SIEM applications, alongside REST API features for bespoke integration with third-party and in-house applications.

Large enterprises today face the challenge of managing fragmented identities across multiple tools that result in increased IT overheads and potential security vulnerabilities. According to a Gartner report and a survey conducted in 2024, a significant percentage of organisations have encountered identity-related breaches, and many experience increased business disruptions or financial losses from such incidents. This highlights the need for an efficient, integrated IAM solution.

"Our vision is to eliminate identity fragmentation and radically simplify enterprise identity governance," said Manikandan Thangaraj, Vice President at ManageEngine. "With AD360's expanded integrations, we're empowering businesses to build truly unified digital ecosystems. With this release, we want to help our customers transform identity management from an operational burden into a strategic enabler of productivity, agility, and security. Now, a hospital can auto-provision clinician access in Epic EHR the same day they're hired in Workday, with no coding and no delays."

AD360 utilises numerous industry-standard protocols such as SCIM, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and REST APIs, ensuring compatibility across various IT systems. The platform features a no-code configuration interface, enabling IT teams to design and implement connections and automated workflows without in-depth programming skills.

This extensive integration network is designed to help enterprises streamline workflows, thereby reducing operational costs and minimising errors. It also offers strategic flexibility, enabling organisations to integrate a wide range of enterprise applications without vendor lock-in issues, while maintaining compatibility and scalability.

Moreover, AD360's advanced identity automation capabilities allow businesses to enhance productivity through automated processes such as user provisioning and access modifications. It also supports seamless compliance with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX by automatically synchronising identity records across IT and security systems.

"The interoperability between critical business applications streamlines processes such as onboarding and offboarding, delivering measurable business value and accelerating ROI. Legacy IAM tools often treat integrations as an afterthought, requiring months to integrate an organisation's IAM tech stack with ITSM or HCM tools. AD360 helps accomplish this with just a few clicks. It's not just about connecting systems—it's about fundamentally changing how enterprises manage identities while minimising security risks," added Thangaraj.

ManageEngine's AD360 continues to evolve as a comprehensive identity platform, offering features such as automated life cycle management, secure SSO, adaptive MFA, and risk-based governance, all managed from a single console. Its extensive integration capabilities are trusted by various sectors, including healthcare, finance, and education, helping organisations enhance security and comply with ever-changing regulatory requirements.
