MoEngage launches tools to boost Aussie market engagement

Wed, 13th Nov 2024

MoEngage has released a new suite of tools aimed at improving cross-channel engagement for Australian marketers during the festive season.

MoEngage's Connected Apps is a low-code tool designed to centralise insights from various messaging platforms, retargeting tools, data warehouses, interactive voice response systems, and chatbots. By gathering these insights in one place, marketers can provide more personalised customer experiences, which is particularly important during the busy peak shopping season.

A significant enhancement in MoEngage's new suite is a native, bi-directional integration with Salesforce CRM. This integration allows seamless access and exchange of customer data between Salesforce and MoEngage, facilitating the creation of real-time personalised campaigns. This reduces the need for custom integration and lowers associated costs, enabling efficient data management across platforms.

MoEngage has also introduced Merlin AI for Images, a feature that generates on-brand images tailored to campaign needs. This addition allows marketers to quickly transform campaign ideas into engaging visual content, potentially increasing consumer attention and interaction.

The Gmail Annotations feature aims to increase email open rates by embedding pertinent visuals and offers directly within Gmail's promotions tab. This functionality provides recipients with essential information upfront, which could lead to enhanced customer engagement by demonstrating immediate value.

WhatsApp Transactional Messaging is another addition, enabling the distribution of transactional alerts through WhatsApp, in conjunction with emails and SMS. This feature is designed to enhance the reach and impact of vital customer communications while optimising associated costs.

The new Smart Coupon Management tool allows marketers to allocate single-use coupons in real-time and manage them efficiently using a dashboard. The system provides alerts for potential coupon shortages and expiration dates, which assists in effective coupon distribution and enhanced customer engagement.

Raviteja Dodda, CEO and co-founder of MoEngage, commented, "With the peak season underway, Aussie marketers need tools that allow them to meet consumer expectations in real time. Our new features are built to equip marketers to engage customers at scale, delivering personalised experiences tailored to unique preferences and behaviours."

Michael Ricciardone, MoEngage's Country Manager for Australia, stated, "These innovations mark a significant step forward in empowering brands to engage customers with precision and agility. With streamlined data integration and engagement tools, MoEngage helps brands drive meaningful customer connections from Black Friday through the holiday season and beyond."
