monday.com launches new Portfolio management solution for enterprises

monday.com has announced the full release of its Portfolio management solution, targeting enterprise customers. This ready-to-go solution aims to give portfolio managers and executives an overview of relevant projects through a user-friendly interface, eliminating the need to sift through numerous complex reports.

The new Portfolio management solution allows customers to quickly connect and begin managing projects, enhancing productivity from the moment of implementation. It is designed to streamline workflows by integrating automation, customising project intake, and utilising templates that standardise processes. Additionally, managers can tailor the solution to their specific needs, adding fields and connecting dashboards to create a highly customised experience.

The Portfolio management solution enables users to seamlessly navigate between high-level portfolios and detailed low-level projects. This integration is facilitated by connecting to a project request monday board for work intake. Once approved, projects are automatically populated into a template based on specific requirements, with these templates governed by monday.com's new standardisation capability, which is currently in beta.
