Local IT management software firm Naverisk has released a new version of its service desk and remote monitoring management software to coincide with its second anniversary. Additionally, the company has offered free access to the new update, Naverisk V4.0, until November 2011.
"Our success has been possible due to local partner support and we want to give something back to the local IT Reseller community," said founder and CEO Jon Kalaugher.
The company said V4.0 signalled a new direction towards a unified all-in-one web based service desk and remote monitoring platform.
