Netpoleon & XM Cyber partner to offer CTEM across ANZ

Yesterday

Netpoleon has announced a partnership with XM Cyber to offer Continuous Threat Exposure Management solutions in Australia and New Zealand.

The agreement will see Netpoleon distributing XM Cyber's platform, which aims to help organisations shift from managing extensive vulnerability lists to operationalising CTEM initiatives that address issues with the greatest risk impact. The offering is intended to assist both on-premise and cloud environments, allowing security teams to measure risk, enhance their security posture, and reduce potential threats to business-critical assets.

The collaboration is described by Netpoleon as a vital part of its portfolio for enterprise cyber resilience in the region. XM Cyber's solution provides customers with tools to develop and execute CTEM strategies, moving beyond traditional vulnerability management. It identifies vulnerabilities, inappropriate access permissions, credential problems, and misconfigurations, then contextualises them along potential attack paths and prioritises them based on their risk to essential systems.

According to Netpoleon, this process ensures that customers' networks and data remain protected against the persistently changing landscape of cyber threats while allowing those businesses to concentrate on their main operational objectives.

Regional Director Paul Lim said: "Netpoleon ANZ is proud to partner with XM Cyber as a leading threat exposure solution in Cybersecurity. XM Cyber's channel first strategy and technology roadmap will serve both Channel Partners and End Users well."

Stree Naidu, VP Asia Pacific & Japan at XM Cyber, commented on the collaboration: "We are delighted to partner with Netpoleon, a leading provider of integrated security, networking solutions, and value-added services for the Australia and New Zealand region. The team at Netpoleon ANZ shares our goals of helping organisations strengthen their security posture through end-to-end Exposure Management and we are looking forward to helping deliver this holistic vision to customers across the region."

XM Cyber's products will be made available through Netpoleon in Australia and New Zealand from 28 May 2025.

XM Cyber specialises in hybrid cloud exposure management, helping organisations understand how attackers could exploit a combination of vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, or exposed identities across cloud and on-premise environments. The company's technology provides visibility on potential attack paths and highlights remediation actions that reduce cyber risk with less resource expenditure.

Netpoleon is established as a value-added distributor of cybersecurity and network solutions across the Asia-Pacific region, working with various technology vendors to deliver security solutions to its partners and customers.
