Nintex promotes in-house leaders to global roles in partner, customer success

Wed, 8th May 2024

In a recent development, Nintex announced the appointment of two experienced in-house players to global roles in partner and customer success.

Melbourne-based Christian Lucarelli has been appointed as Vice President and Head of Global Partner Strategy at Nintex. Spanning nearly a decade of leadership within Nintex, Lucarelli has successfully led sales teams in Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions. He is set to helm Nintex's Global Partner Program, and will utilise his holistic understanding of the company's solutions and the partner ecosystem to foster better collaboration and mutual success.

Lucarelli said about his new role, "I'm honoured to step into this new role. This appointment reflects Nintex's commitment to nurturing strong partnerships and achieving collective success. I am eager to leverage my experience and insights to further strengthen our global partner network, deepen collaborations, and deliver enhanced value to our mutual customers."

His initial focus will be to forge strong relationships within the partner community and deepen strategic ecosystem partnerships that enhance and extend the leading platforms' value for shared customers. The objective is two-fold: to expand the company's established partner strategy and drive significant growth for both the company and its extensive partner network.

In a parallel promotion, Tony Thomas has been appointed Vice President and Head of Global Customer Success at Nintex, based out of the US. Thomas joined Nintex through the acquisition of Skuid in early 2024. At Skuid, he held the position of Chief Customer Officer, leading support, professional services, and customer success teams. Prior to Skuid, Thomas held various global services and sales roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and EMC.

In his new role at Nintex, Thomas will manage global professional services, customer success, customer enablement, and support teams. The role will also encompass serving over 8,000 Nintex customers worldwide. Drawing upon over 25 years of experience, Thomas is expected to help Nintex uphold a deep-seated customer-first mentality.

Expressing his anticipation, Thomas says, "We have a wealth of value to deliver to our customers through creating exceptional digital experiences for their users and driving process excellence and automation across their organisations. We aim to be viewed as a trusted partner by our customers and set the standard by which all other partners are measured."

The moves are part of Nintex's ongoing commitment towards expanding its services, enhancing its processes, and ultimately optimising the overall business flow in an increasingly digital world.
