OneKloudX has entered into a partnership with Cauzzy AI, becoming the first Australian consulting partner for the AI platform in the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem.

The agreement will see OneKloudX introduce Cauzzy's pre-built artificial intelligence agents and chatbot capabilities to its customers using the NetSuite enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Cauzzy's SuiteApp-certified technology comprises anomaly detection agents, decision-making agents for workflow management, inventory optimisation tools, and embedded chat interfaces for real-time insights within NetSuite.

AI expansion

According to OneKloudX, the partnership adds practical AI features directly into the ERP environment, allowing businesses to enhance operational oversight and decision-making processes without adding manual reporting demands. The integration of Cauzzy's technology enables greater automation and analytic assessment within existing NetSuite deployments.

"Our mission has always been to deliver more than ERPPartnering with Cauzzy allows us to bring . AI-driven intelligence inside NetSuite itself, helping customers make faster decisions, reduce manual reporting, and unlock greater value from their ERP," said Robert Jurcec, CEO of OneKloudX.

The inclusion of features such as anomaly detection is intended to allow businesses to identify reconciliation issues at an earlier stage, with inventory optimisation agents set to contribute efficiency gains in stock management. Decision-making agents are designed to support analytic processing and task automation. The embedded chat interface can provide users with access to real-time data and recommendations from within the NetSuite platform interface.

Cauzzy's approach

Cauzzy's involvement brings to the table AI agents specifically tailored to NetSuite's architecture and enterprise users. The company describes its mission as making AI both practical and impactful for users, with a focus on usability and accessible features.

"We're excited to partner with OneKloudX, a forward-thinking player in the NetSuite ecosystem. Their approach puts user needs at the centre of ERP implementation, which aligns perfectly with Cauzzy's mission to make AI agents practical and impactful," said Josh LaSov, CEO and Founder of Cauzzy.

The suite of tools is certified and available as SuiteApp technology, which assists in maintaining compatibility with NetSuite updates and requirements. Cauzzy's decision-making and automation agents aim to improve daily workflows and free staff from routine or manual processes. The technology is intended for organisations seeking productivity benefits from AI without extensive investment in new systems or labour.

Broader strategy

OneKloudX stated that the partnership forms part of a wider strategy to shape new approaches for user-focused solutions within the ERP landscape driven by artificial intelligence. The company has indicated its ambition to lead the adoption of AI in the sector, supporting customers across Australia to gain value from ERP investments.

To highlight the new offering, OneKloudX is planning a session which will demonstrate Cauzzy's AI agents integrated within a NetSuite environment. The company said this initiative is tailored for organisations interested in exploring AI-driven features in their core business systems.

Cauzzy AI is available for NetSuite users through its agent and chatbot functionalities. According to the company, the platform has been developed by NetSuite specialists and designed to increase accuracy and usability with existing NetSuite data structures.

The terms of the partnership and the commercial drivers were not disclosed by either party. The arrangement makes OneKloudX the first partner for Cauzzy in the Australian market, setting the foundation for further potential expansion as AI adoption in ERP systems increases.
