Pax8 launches Agent Store to help MSPs build agentic AI solutions
Pax8 has announced the introduction of the Pax8 Agent Store, a platform aimed at helping managed service providers (MSPs) deliver and commercialise agentic AI solutions for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).
The new Agent Store platform is positioned to provide MSPs with a direct route to build, deploy, and monetise AI-driven solutions. These range from plug-and-play tools to full vertical bundles, catering to industry sectors such as finance, healthcare, legal, and retail.
Commercialising intelligence
According to Pax8, the Agent Store is designed for ease of integration and is intended to facilitate recurring revenue streams for MSPs. The platform offers ready-to-use products built for essential workflows, as well as continuous access to enablement content which guides MSPs through various stages of AI adoption within business processes.
Libby McIlhany, Chief Product Officer at Pax8, commented on the growing importance of AI adoption among SMBs and their MSP partners.
"The Pax8 Agent Store provides our partners with the tooling needed to integrate and manage AI-driven solutions into clients' business processes," said Libby McIlhany. "As AI-enabled businesses continue to rise and clients become more tech-savvy, they expect additional value from the partners who service them. With our Agent Store, partners can discover the best agentic AI-driven solutions to drive efficiency and new capabilities and help clients keep pace with agent advancements to succeed in the agentic future."
Transition to managed intelligence
The platform has been developed to help MSPs transition into the role of Managed Intelligence Providers (MIPs), a shift which Pax8 believes will allow them to create high-margin, repeatable revenue streams powered by AI and automation. The Agent Store enables partners to offer these solutions in bundles tailored to meet the requirements of different verticals, and gives MSPs the ability to create their own replicable workflows and intellectual property across client organisations.
Eric Mink, Vice President of AI Adoption, EMEA at Pax8, said:
"The Pax8 Agent Store is a launchpad for partners to commercialise intelligence and empower their MIP transformation. We're giving them the infrastructure to scale AI services with speed and the playbook and resources to do it confidently."
Industry partnerships and integrations
The Agent Store will feature integrations with a roster of technology vendors at launch, including Microsoft, AWS, CrowdStrike, Grammarly, and Shopify. Pax8 has also been selected to participate as one of the first companies to provide agentic AI solutions through the new Microsoft Marketplace.
Alongside these integrations, the Agent Store aims to provide both self-serve and fully managed options for partners. This approach allows MSPs to offer agentic products, integrate them directly with client-facing Storefronts and business workflows, and manage software licences via the Pax8 Marketplace environment.
Early access and availability
An early access period for a select group of partners is slated for December, with wider general availability of the Agent Store planned for the first half of 2026. The ongoing development of the platform will see the range of agentic AI offerings expand throughout 2026 and subsequent years.
The initial cohort of company partners supplying agentic solutions via the Agent Store includes 1Password, Acronis, Checkout, Coda, Contraforce, ConnectWise, Cyft, DefensX Nexi, Egnyte, Hatz AI, Help Ghost, Ironscales, Pia, Revscale, Rewst, Robashadow, SentinelOne, Signals, Superhuman, SuperOps, Synthreo, Wasabi, ZofiQ, Zoominfo, and Zoom, in addition to those previously named.
The introduction of the Agent Store reflects Pax8's intention to foster the adoption of agentic AI technologies in the SMB market. By combining marketplace infrastructure, vendor partnerships, and educational resources, the company is seeking to provide MSPs with the capabilities to build AI-based solutions suited for their clients' evolving operational needs.
