Pronto Software appoints new leadership to boost efficiency

Pronto Software has announced significant changes to its executive leadership team, aimed at strengthening company operations nationwide.

The Australian enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions provider has appointed Mark Hilder as the new General Manager (GM) for New South Wales and Anthony Nicholl as the National Branch Operations Manager.

Mark Hilder, who has been with Pronto Software for 17 years, was previously serving as a Business Relationship Manager for New South Wales. The new role will see him leading the operations in New South Wales, a significant market for the company.

“Mark has been with us for 17 years and is highly regarded by team members and customers alike,” said Chad Gates, Managing Director at Pronto Software. “I am always delighted to promote from within and know Mark will dedicate himself to the further success of the NSW business."

Anthony Nicholl will assume the expanded role of National Branch Operations Manager, overseeing Pronto Software’s branches in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia. Previously, Nicholl served as General Manager for branches in South Australia and Western Australia, accumulating over 20 years of experience within the company.

"Anthony’s appointment will strengthen our focus on branches as we further execute on our strategy," Gates remarked. "Anthony knows the business, customers and product intimately and has been involved with Pronto Software for well over 20 years. He has my full backing in the new role.”

Nicholl also shared his enthusiasm regarding his new national responsibilities. “It is a privilege to be appointed in this new role at Pronto Software,” he stated. “We have an amazing team, and I look forward to leading our branches at a national level and continuing to build on the solid foundation Pronto Software has established over the last 45 years.”
