Tue, 8th Oct 2024

Pronto Software has announced the launch of Pronto Xi 780, the latest update of its enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution.

This new release includes a range of advanced features designed to improve user experience, enhance operational efficiency, and address evolving business needs. The updated version, Pronto Xi 780, presents a sleek interface that ensures more streamlined workflows, contributing to heightened productivity. Significant improvements have also been made in software security and analytics capabilities, alongside the introduction of new functionalities in various core services.

Among the key enhancements are a revamped User Experience (UX) across Financials, Payroll & Resources, Inventory, and the Web Client. This includes updates to icons, designs, fields, and theming. Pronto Xi TrueForm Neo has been upgraded to deliver a tenfold performance increase. The core applications suite, encompassing Payroll, Financials, Retail, and others, now benefits from enhanced functionalities. Additionally, Pronto Software has established integrations with partners such as Vision 6, Basiq, Flare, and Gamma Solutions.

For the Web Client, Pronto Software has standardised its icons to boost usability and accessibility for a broader user base. Users now have greater control over data presentation, including the ability to hide columns and prioritise specific sections.

Financial module users will see numerous improvements, such as the capability to automatically import bank line statements into Pronto Xi. This is facilitated through a partnership with Basiq, allowing for secure data retrieval via an accredited open banking platform. Changes have also been made to the General Ledger and Accounts Payable interfaces, aimed at enhancing user-friendliness. Accounts Receivable has seen an overhaul of its automatic mode for better receipt matching.

Pronto Xi TrueForm Neo 3.4 promises nearly tenfold improved performance and additional features such as PDF report generation with advanced security, and the ability to send emails via cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 and Google.

Pronto Cloud introduces the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution, ensuring secure access at any time. The platform enhances management with its containerisation features, aiding key applications like WebUi, IAM, and FileShare, and optimising performance and scalability.

The update also incorporates changes across Payroll & Resources, with new scheduling and management interfaces. There have been improvements in Distribution, with refreshed Item Maintenance screens and new item templates. Native Apps have seen updates, including efficiency enhancements in the POS App, and augmented support for barcode scanning through integration with Gamma Solutions.

The new B2B eCommerce application, Pronto Xi eCommerce, aims to simplify user experience and upgrade processes, offering security and feature enhancements through continuous updates. CRM updates now include integration with Vision 6 for enhanced marketing capabilities.

Business Intelligence elements of Pronto Xi have been expanded with new operational reports, real-time data warehousing updates, and AI-driven analytics features such as natural language queries and automation.

Pronto Software Managing Director Chad Gates commented on the release, stating, "Pronto Xi 780 represents our dedication to continually advancing technology that empowers businesses to achieve more.
