Thu, 10th Apr 2025

Prvidr has been recognised as a Best Place to Work by the Australian Financial Review Boss for 2025 within the technology sector.

The company made its debut on the list, cited for its dedication to employee welfare and fostering a supportive workplace culture. Prvidr provides its employees with inclusive benefits such as gender-neutral parental leave, cultural public holidays, and flexible work arrangements focused on outcomes. The company's commitment to a fair recruitment process is noted as one of the most progressive in the industry.

David Joss, CEO of Prvidr, expressed pride in the recognition, stating, "I am proud to see Prvidr on the AFR Best Places to Work for 2025 for the first time. We are passionate that the right thing for our employees is the right thing for our business so it is very encouraging to see our team consistently rate our benefits and culture so highly." He added, "As a business, we are laser focused on fostering a culture that thrives regardless of location, one that energises, engages and supports our teams in a hybrid world."

Prvidr was established in 2014 and employs 82 staff who engage in various roles including research, customer experience, and technical support. The company operates a subscription management platform that aids businesses, such as telecoms and utilities, in expanding their offerings to include subscription services. It serves a client base that includes notable Australian telecommunications and challenger brands.

Joss also commented on how the accolade will drive future initiatives, "Receiving this recognition ultimately drives us to keep pushing forward, evolving, and ensuring everyone at Prvidr feels valued and supported."

Recently, Prvidr expanded its operations with the opening of a new office in Townsville, aiming to grow its service capabilities and tap into a larger talent pool for its service and technology teams. This office started with a workforce of 12 employees who will handle customer service matters on a national level. The office's functions will be supported by a team focused on software engineering and technical support, with expected recruitment as the company continues its expansion.

Joss emphasised the importance of maintaining workplace excellence by stating, "By fostering self-paced development and authentic leadership, we're creating an environment where team members feel empowered, valued and engaged. While we're a great place to work today, maintaining this title will require ongoing commitment to embedding people and culture into every facet of our operations. As we mature, staying true to these principles will ensure we continue to attract and retain top talent, driving our shared success into the future."
