Qualtrics expands AI offerings in global partnership solutions

Today, Qualtrics announced a variety of partner solutions that include the latest developments in Qualtrics AI. As part of their $500 million commitment to AI initiatives, companies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Bain, EY, Deloitte, Farlinium, Kipsu, and WorkJam are embracing this state-of-the-art tool from the Qualtrics developer platform to advance experience management solutions and services.

The Qualtrics Partner Network (QPN) boasts over 200 Go-To-Market Partners and has joint solutions with more than 275 Technology Partners. By leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities, Qualtrics and these partners are formulating new offerings that create a competitive advantage for customers through scale.

The Experience Management Summit, X4, will showcase three new AI-powered suites of products precision-engineered for experience management to be trained on the most substantial collection of human experience data globally. Qualtrics partners will gain access to the secure and responsive API-rich platform, delivering efficient access to the latest Qualtrics AI, including predictive and generative capabilities, conversational understanding, language generation and summarisation, and automated actioning.

The transformational partner solutions announced at the X4: The Experience Management Summit include the following:

Qualtrics Amazon Connect integration (by AWS) offers service teams enriched call transcripts with sentiment and emotion. They can leverage Qualtrics AI’s top-tier natural language understanding capabilities to trigger closed-loop follow-up actions proactively based on customer feedback and sentiment.

Bain & Company, creators of Net Promoter Score and the Net Promoter System, announced an expanded go-to-market partnership with Qualtrics. This will integrate Bain’s established customer experience methodologies with the power of Qualtrics AI to accelerate customer experience innovation.

Deloitte Discover.ai Platform uses Qualtrics AI to capture and analyse both direct and unstructured feedback to help state and federal agencies to measure and improve their customer service. EY Experience Driven Insights offering, powered by Qualtrics AI, will synthesise feedback data to help highlight actionable insights.

Qualtrics and Farlinium are transforming healthcare payor strategies with the advanced STARS Improvement solution. And Kipsu has teamed up with Qualtrics to create a standout solution for any frontline service organisation interested in learning more about and improving their customers' experiences.
