Red Rain unveils major updates to RedView CRM for law firms

  • Dashboard Charts: Visualize information linking marketing activities directly to generated revenues.
  • CRM Mobile App Enhancements: Provide greater information access and capture capabilities.

Future improvements for RedView CRM are planned for 2024, addressing the evolving needs of the legal industry. Upcoming features will include SMS integration, extended contact information collection (including photos and bios), further Outlook integration, expanded marketing automation capabilities, custom field creation, and client satisfaction/NPS collection.
