SafeBreach launches new exposure validation platform

Yesterday

SafeBreach has introduced its SafeBreach exposure validation platform, an integrated tool designed to help enterprises gain comprehensive insights into cyber risks by combining breach and attack simulation with attack path validation.

The release of this platform aims to address the challenges enterprises face in assessing potential cyber threats, including ransomware and nation-state attacks. The SafeBreach exposure validation platform will facilitate organisations in understanding real attack paths and taking preemptive actions to mitigate risks.

Koby Bar, Vice President of Product at SafeBreach, stated, "To overcome these challenges, we worked tirelessly with multiple enterprise design partners during the development process to understand their concerns and ensure we developed a product that addressed them. One key safety element we have included is to provide clients with very granular control of the scope of the tests they want to run - they can decide where and what can be tested to tailor the Propagate tests to fit their unique needs."

The new solution, consisting of 'Validate' and 'Propagate', is created to offer enterprise security teams a more detailed understanding of threat exposures and a comprehensive view of cyber risks. It follows a concept described by Gartner as "adversarial exposure validation", which involves using offensive security technologies to simulate potential threat actor methods and evaluate security control effectiveness.

Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) who are confronted by severe cybersecurity incidents, tool fatigue, and deployment complexities are increasingly in need of a unified platform. This platform should provide a holistic view of cyber risks and empower them to make data-driven decisions to effectively manage these risks.

Guy Bejerano, CEO at SafeBreach, emphasized the future direction of the security market, stating, "Based on the direction of the security market, we know there is a huge need for a single platform that CISOs can use to not only understand their residual risk, but to make data-driven decisions around it. That's the way we see the market going, and we are working to converge our BAS capabilities with adjacent capabilities to build that entire platform. With our expertise and enterprise experience, we are better positioned than any other company to make it happen - today's launch is only the beginning."

Enterprise organisations benefit from the platform's ability to safely conduct comprehensive security testing without negatively impacting customer environments. SafeBreach's platform offers predictable scalability and robust support, making it a valuable tool for enterprises aiming to enhance their cybersecurity measures.

As SafeBreach continues to expand its existing capabilities within Validate and Propagate, the company plans to maintain the development of new features within the exposure validation platform to serve the evolving needs of the enterprise market.
