Semarchy integrates MDM with Snowflake for seamless data

Semarchy has announced a new integration with Snowflake, enabling seamless access to master data within the Snowflake platform without the need for additional software or databases.

The integration is set to provide Snowflake users with access to Semarchy's Master Data Management Platform, Semarchy xDM, for the purpose of managing master data hubs. This development comes at a time when enterprises are facing increasing challenges related to data management and processing.

As data workloads continue to grow, the integration allows for reduced data processing friction and improved data governance. With Snowflake's capability of handling large, concurrent tasks, the MDM Hub aims to accelerate time-to-insight for businesses.

Semarchy has previously established a connected application to facilitate Data Integration with Snowflake, independently validated for its functionality and performance. This application leverages a high-performance Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) framework to manage large volumes of data while mitigating additional overheads. Its low-code, universal mapping design simplifies configuration and reduces management requirements, providing more efficient deployment of Snowflake integrations.

This integration allows clients to manage and validate their master data directly using Snowflake, negating the necessity for auxiliary systems. By optimising Snowflake's data storage and processing capabilities, the integration is designed to enhance both performance and cost efficiency. Consequently, Snowflake users can operate the Semarchy MDM platform alongside existing analytics, AI, and data engineering solutions, streamlining their technological infrastructure.

The system is prepared to facilitate both batch and real-time integrations using non-intrusive deployment methodologies, ensuring compatibility with existing data environments without disrupting ongoing operations.
