SMA Australia, the acclaimed manufacturer of premium solar and battery inverter solutions, has proudly announced the appointment of Tallaesen Fleming as the Vice President of Large Scale and Project Solutions. A Chartered Professional Engineer with an exceptional 20-year track record in the construction industry, Tallaesen brings his passion for renewables to this new role.

In his new capacity, Tallaesen will champion growth and strategic partnerships within the large-scale segment. SMA Australia also announced the promotion of Josh Birmingham, the previous Vice President of Large Scale and Project Solutions, to the role of Senior Vice President of Sales and Markets globally. Birmingham, whose leadership and extensive experience in the solar industry have been praised, will now be responsible for SMA Solar Technology's sales and market expansion worldwide.
