SourseAI partners with Lebara for Nigerian launch

Today

Sydney-based AI decision intelligence platform SourseAI has been appointed as a partner in Lebara's Brand Licence Partner Program to support the launch of Lebara Nigeria.

SourseAI will act as the AI partner for Lebara Nigeria, a new mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) set to be introduced by VAS2Nets under the Lebara brand. The company has also been included in Lebara's Brand Licence Partner Program, which will enable SourseAI to support additional MVNO launches under the Lebara name in the future.

Lebara Nigeria is the latest entity to join Lebara's global brand licensing programme. This programme is aimed at aiding partners in launching MVNOs by offering a reliable brand, infrastructure, and telecommunications expertise. As part of this initiative, SourseAI will provide assistance in AI-driven decision intelligence, data readiness, and customer insights, thereby empowering new MVNOs to efficiently function from the start.

In its engagement with Lebara Nigeria, SourseAI will implement its Atlas Starter platform. This platform is designed specifically for new MVNOs that operate with limited datasets, combining data science and AI technology with industry expertise. The platform is engineered to provide business intelligence, customer insights, performance forecasting, and data readiness capabilities. Lebara Nigeria intends to use these AI solutions to deliver customer-centric services and scale effectively after its launch.

Daniel Upson, Director of Partnerships at Lebara Group, remarked, "Our Brand Licence Partner Program is built to ensure that MVNO partners like VAS2Nets have the tools and support they need to succeed. By welcoming SourseAI into our partner ecosystem, we're providing our partners with access to cutting-edge AI expertise that can help them optimise customer insights and make data-driven decisions. We're excited to see SourseAI supporting Lebara Nigeria and potential future partners in our program."

Teniola Stuffman, Managing Director at Lebara Nigeria, stated, "As we prepare to launch Lebara Nigeria, our goal is to put customers and technology at our core to deliver a world-class customer experience. SourseAI's expertise will be instrumental in helping us understand our customers and deliver innovative mobile services tailored to their needs. This partnership sets the stage for a strong and successful launch."

Tanya Hyams-Young, CEO at SourseAI, commented, "Becoming a part of Lebara's Brand Licence Partner Program is an exciting milestone for SourseAI. This collaboration underscores our ability to deliver AI solutions that support new and emerging MVNOs globally. New telcos don't need to wait years for historical customer data to get the most out of AI. By putting data and AI at their core from the very start, MVNOs will see genuine value, almost immediately. We're looking forward to working with Lebara Nigeria and other future partners to showcase the transformative power of AI in the telco industry."
