TeamViewer launches MSP Partner Programme for global service growth
TeamViewer has announced the global roll-out of its Managed Service Providers (MSP) Partner Programme, aimed at supporting providers of managed IT and digital workplace services to scale and enhance their offerings.
The new programme has been developed with direct input from MSPs and is designed to cater to organisations at all stages of growth, from those just entering the managed services market to established enterprises overseeing complex digital operations.
TeamViewer's MSP Partner Programme features a tiered structure intended to align with the operational models of service-led businesses. The framework is focused on lowering obstacles to participation, delivering transparency in commercial arrangements, and providing MSPs with tools to deliver value and achieve operational efficiency for their customers.
As part of the programme's commitment to continued improvement, TeamViewer has introduced an MSP Advisory Council made up of industry practitioners to ensure the offering reflects the latest needs and challenges faced by partners.
"MSPs play a critical role in shaping the digital future of businesses everywhere," said Greg Gyves, Global MSP Director at TeamViewer. "This programme is a direct investment in their success, and in a new way of partnering that puts their service offering, scale, and ability to deliver at the forefront."
Members of the programme, including early participants such as Unisys and CyberPlus, can access TeamViewer's enterprise-grade platform, Tensor. This platform is designed for managing distributed IT environments at scale and supports multi-tenancy for streamlined management across multiple clients. The programme also grants access to a comprehensive price book, allowing for predictable revenue and easier growth planning for MSPs.
The creation of digital workplace services has been streamlined through a structured development framework within the programme, enabling partners to rapidly package and deploy new service offerings to clients.
Patrycja Sobera, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Digital Workplace Solutions at Unisys said, "We are excited to expand our network and be among the first members of TeamViewer's MSP Partner Programme, a truly forward-thinking approach that empowers managed service providers to innovate and scale with confidence. In today's digital landscape, MSPs are crucial drivers of transformation, and by providing partners with cutting-edge tools and a collaborative framework, this programme sets a new standard for how MSPs can achieve sustainable growth and deliver exceptional value to their clients."
Mark Oakton, Managing Director of CyberPlus said, "Cybersecurity is the foundation of the trust we build with our clients, protecting their business while unlocking new efficiencies and a competitive edge. Our partnership with TeamViewer strengthens that trust, combining cyber expertise with AI, AR, DEX, and remote monitoring and management of IT, OT, and IoT systems. The result: total visibility, seamless control, and empowered teams that work faster, smarter, and more securely."
To support partners in assessing their strengths and areas for growth, TeamViewer has launched the MSP Growth Index. This new tool is a maturity model intended to benchmark how digital workplace services are delivered. Partners completing the assessment receive a tailored executive report featuring actionable insights, market comparison figures, and an improvement roadmap. TeamViewer sees this initiative as a means to help MSPs further develop into strategic advisors for their clients.
The company stated that the MSP Partner Programme is available to both existing partners interested in transitioning to managed services and new providers seeking a platform to build their business. The new framework is positioned as a route to achieving operational and commercial objectives for service organisations in the digital workplace sector.
