TrustRadius gives M-Files two document management awards

Mon, 8th Aug 2022
FYI, this story is more than a year old

TrustRadius has recognised M-Files with both a 2022 Best Feature Set and a 2022 Best Relationship award in document management.

M-Files says these awards emphasise the company's dedication to providing knowledge workers with quick access to the information they need, when they need it, seamlessly and in a user-friendly way that fosters operational excellence.

"When searching for critical information, every minute counts," M-Files chief customer officer Julian Cook says.

"We pride ourselves in our ability to translate real-world processes into simple, easy-to-use automated applications.

"Being recognised by TrustRadius for Best Feature Set and Best Relationship further validates that our implementation services enable our customers to realise faster time-to-value, attain substantial return on investment (ROI), and improve operational efficiency.

The Best Feature Set award acknowledges companies with exceptional feature sets that go above and beyond to delight their users.

The M-Files metadata-driven document management platform generates greater productivity and improves work quality by making information easy to find and use.

In addition, its extensive AI and automated rules-based discovery engine increases user satisfaction with faster service, more informed decision making, and user-friendly processes, including electronic signature and automatic notifications.

The Best Relationship awards recognise companies that provide their customers with accurate implementation expectations, fulfil sales and marketing promises and deliver ROI.

TrustRadius highlighted M-Files for its ability to provide businesses with a competitive advantage and significant ROI as it delivers stronger customer experiences and higher-quality work with lower risk.

M-Files commissioned Forrester Consulting to conduct The Total Economic Impact of M-Files study, which found that its metadata-driven document management platform offers almost a 270% ROI over three years to midsize and enterprise customers.

M-Files allows its customers to implement its offerings faster than competitive solutions by providing seamless access to all content with a single licence and a simplified user interface that fosters faster adoption and ROI.

"M-Files has won Summer Best of Awards for Best Feature Set and Best Relationship in the document management category," TrustRadius research vice president Megan Headley says.

"These awards are based entirely on feedback from their customers. 92% of reviewers are happy with M-Files' feature set. 100% of reviewers said that implementation went as expected and that they would buy M-Files again.

The TrustRadius recognition comes after Nucleus Research recognised M-Files as a Leader in its 2022 Content Services and Collaboration Value Matrix Report.

Nucleus Research evaluated content management vendors based on the usability, functionality, and value of their offerings to the user.

While market reports by other firms position vendors based on the analyst's opinions, Nucleus Research notes that its Nucleus Value Matrix evaluates vendors based on an analysis of actual end-user experiences that drive the value customers achieve from the offering.

"Being recognised as a Leader is a testament to our ability to ensure knowledge flows quickly, effortlessly, and securely," M-Files founder and CEO Antti Nivala says.

"M-Files' automated document management workflows increase the consistency of work product and reduce errors to drive better business outcomes.

"We are proud to help midsize and enterprise businesses gain a leading edge as they heighten work quality, reduce business risk, and enable superior customer experiences."
