Today

Workhuman has announced the Human Intelligence 2025 Release, an extensive product development in its HR technology offerings focused on utilising AI to derive business insights from employee recognition and feedback.

The release enhances Workhuman's Social Recognition platform with AI-driven features, aiming to transform workforce data into actionable insights that leaders and employees can use to foster engaged and productive company cultures. CEO Eric Mosley highlighted the advancements during a digital event, indicating a shift towards integrating AI-powered tools within the organisational workflow to improve workplace culture and efficiency.

Josh Bersin, Global HR Industry Analyst and CEO of The Josh Bersin Company, said, "Workhuman's Human Intelligence platform brings AI to a valuable new source of business information: employee recognition and feedback. This information helps leaders identify individual and organisational strengths, weaknesses, skills, and opportunities for development in an exciting new way."

The Human Intelligence 2025 Release includes Workhuman iQ Snapshots, Recognition Advisor, Culture Hub, and Reward Stories. These features democratise data access, empower informed decision-making, and elevate recognition practices with data-backed insights.

Workhuman iQ Snapshots provides real-time insights on employee recognition's effect on retention, engagement, and skill development. It allows employees to engage with data that drives performance and growth, offering leaders intelligence to enhance team dynamics and reduce turnover.

Recognition Advisor acts as a real-time AI coach, assisting users in crafting meaningful recognition messages that align with company values. This feature aims to improve the quality and impact of recognition, generating insights into skills, culture, retention, and performance.

The Culture Hub feature curates and amplifies recognition moments to foster employee participation and motivation. It promotes company values and bolsters collaboration, providing personalised content to support strategic business objectives.

Reward Stories offers a platform for sharing recognition experiences. It allows employees to express gratitude and reflect on shared successes, thereby encouraging similar contributions throughout the workplace.

"Human Intelligence is an entirely new way of approaching data, using it to empower humans with the knowledge they need to lead with purpose and compassion," Mosley explained. He emphasised that integrating culture into daily work activities enables organisations to create engaging work environments tied to meaningful business outcomes.

Mosley added, "AI and data are tools—but humanity is the foundation. Human Intelligence is a testament to our belief that when organisations recognise and understand their people, they unlock their greatest potential. The future of work is human."

Lisa Monaco, SVP of Employee Experience at Moody's, praised the tools for their storytelling capabilities with data: "One of the things that sets Workhuman apart is its ability to be really sophisticated about telling a story with the data." She indicated that the Human Intelligence tools extend the organisational capacities of companies like Moody's by providing substantial data analytics."
