FYI, this story is more than a year old

Kara Nicholls has been appointed to the Board.

Formerly Group Company Secretary and Executive Group Governance at Commonwealth Bank, Nicholls brings an accomplished portfolio of senior roles spanning regulatory, compliance and governance roles with ASX listed companies, including Caltex (now Ampol), Woolworths, Arrium and Macquarie Group. Prior to these roles, Kara worked at the ASX as a Companies Adviser.

"I am delighted to join the Board of Z2U, and I am looking forward to working with the team to provide innovative delivery solutions to customers across Australia via the Zoom2u platform, and globally via our Locate2u SaaS product," Nicholls says.

"Our unique technology enables businesses to provide their customers with a great delivery experience."

"The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the delivery sector and I am encouraged by Z2U's tenacity and innovation in the sector, following their ASX listing last year."

Ms Nicholls will be an Independent, Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Sustainability Committee. She will also stand for election at the Group's next AGM scheduled for November 2022.

"We are very pleased that Kara has agreed to join the Board," Company chair Drew Kelton says.

"We believe Kara's experience will further strengthen the Board, and complement the skills and expertise of current Board members."
