Adobe introduces Brand Concierge, AI-first solution for personalised customer experiences

Thu, 13th Nov 2025

Adobe has launched the Adobe Brand Concierge, a generative AI-powered platform designed to centralise and manage creative assets, streamline brand governance, and facilitate content personalisation at scale. The solution adapts to customer preferences to build trust and guide them towards purchase decisions. Adobe Brand Concierge integrates data, content, and AI to give businesses ownership of the discovery and consideration phase of customer journeys.

"Brand Concierge orchestrates experiences that are driven by customer intent. It transforms digital touchpoints into conversations that adapt in real time, helping customers progress naturally rather than forcing them down a static path. This is possible because every interaction generates and, soon, will enrich a customer profile, capturing preferences, behaviors, and needs. As these profiles grow with each conversation, it leverages this data to deliver hyper-personalized journeys at scale, ensuring every experience reflects what the brand knows about an individual or account and evolves with each interaction," said Max Iguer, Principal Product Marketing Manager, Adobe.

AI in customer journeys

The launch responds to a shift in how both consumers and business buyers research products and services. Many now begin their journeys not on brand-owned websites but via AI-powered search tools that deliver tailored responses. This change has led to higher expectations for personalised, rapid engagements when customers eventually reach company platforms. Brand Concierge provides brands with conversational experiences tailored to these expectations, supported by approved content and assets.

Personalised content

Brand Concierge interprets user intent, sentiment, and context to generate responses that align with a brand's approved tone and guidelines. It utilises multimodal content, blending text, images, and video, to build engaging and authentic dialogues with customers. Marketers and content teams can configure the platform to ensure every reply meets compliance and brand standards by leveraging guardrails and controls built into the application.

Use cases demonstrated

Adobe describes multiple scenarios for use. For retail, a shopper might ask about seasonal trends and instantly see curated product suggestions with visuals and availability. For business services, buyers can compare plans, review case studies, and schedule meetings, all through an AI-driven interface. In travel, the platform adapts in real time to user preferences, suggesting relevant destinations and offers as the conversation unfolds, while returning visitors receive increasingly tailored recommendations.

Integration and scalability

For companies already using Adobe Experience Manager, Brand Concierge integrates natively with existing content, dynamically surfacing approved assets in conversations. This is intended to enhance the precision and relevance of responses across digital touchpoints. As every interaction adds to individual customer profiles, the AI system evolves its recommendations and guidance, aiming for more precise personalisation with minimal manual intervention.

Brand control and compliance

Brand Concierge places heavy emphasis on brand and data integrity. Marketing teams have direct control over experience updates in a low-code environment, enabling them to revise product information, tone, or campaigns without developer involvement. The solution incorporates analytics, audit trails, and real-time monitoring to refine experiences and uphold compliance, while strict data governance protects customer privacy.

Profile enrichment

With every user interaction, Brand Concierge enriches customer profiles by capturing preferences, behaviours, and needs. This information feeds into continuous personalisation of both B2C and B2B journeys, with the system orchestrating tailored responses, content, and follow-up actions. As journeys progress, marketers receive deeper insights into customer behaviour and can fill content gaps more effectively.
