Avec expands with appointment of Mornay Vivier
Avec, a specialist IT project delivery company operating across Australia and New Zealand, has announced the appointment of Mornay Vivier as its Practice Manager – Business Analysis.
Prior to joining Avec, Vivier was the founder and Managing Director of MetaPerformance Business Consulting, a management consulting company operating out of South Africa since 2006. He was one of the first consultants to be certified as a Senior Consultant by IBM Consulting Group South Africa.
In his new role, Vivier will work alongside Avec's team members and Managing Director, Dennis Grant, to develop customer-centric solutions across Avec's extensive client base. Vivier expressed his excitement at joining the company, saying, "I am absolutely thrilled to be joining the sensational team at Avec. Fostering strategic partnerships in this space with Avec's clients, welcoming new clients, and expanding our current footprint is something that I'm really looking forward to diving into."
Dennis Grant, Avec's Managing Director, echoed Vivier's enthusiasm, stating, "I am extremely excited to have Mornay join the Avec team. His experience and proven results will bolster and add extensive value to our Avec clients and the market. There is more to a Business Analysis role than documenting requirements and mapping processes, and Mornay will be able to bring this to light with his expertise in the area."
Vivier holds a B.Eng. (Civil) from the University of Pretoria, Honours in Business Administration (HBA) from the University of Stellenbosch, and a BA Diploma accredited with the IIBA.
Avec was founded in Perth, Western Australia in 2007 to deliver Project and Software based solutions to government agencies and mining corporations. The company offers technology-agnostic implementation solutions and helps clients achieve their business objectives by delivering IT projects with precision. Avec blends traditional consulting companies' capability with traditional resourcing companies' capacity to provide first-rate delivery outcomes.
